  • Wonderful cabin on large lot

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Fall Break in your cabin. The cabin was well stocked, well kept and exceeded our expectations. The large lot with the firepit and hot tub really increased our family enjoyment. We also enjoyed being away from the traffic and being able to take the back roads to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. We will defintitely stay again!"

  • J Randolph

"We thoroughly enjoyed both cabins next store to each other for a family get together. The king size bed downstairs and tv in bedroom was a nice addition!"

  • Amazing Cabin Getaway!!

"We stayed at 'Peace in Paradise' for 3 nights in October with three generations and everyone loved it! The cabin was clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We used the hot tub, played games (we were highly competitive with the air hockey, arcade games, the Wii and pool!), and used the grill for BBQs in the evenings. This cabin, unlike many in the area, does not have neighbors on either side. It was private and peaceful with a view of the trees from the hot tub. The area has so much to offer and one of our favorite activities was just down the hill, within walking distance of the cabin, at Wahoo Zip Lines. The zip lines were fantastic and even our 5 year old loved it! We also highly recommend the Titanic museum, the Dixie Stampede and Dollywood. Overall, this cabin was the perfect retreat for our vacation! We will definitely stay here in the future and would recommend to others."

  • Staying at Mountain House is like going to Grandma's!

"We had a wonderful week visiting Mountain House! No, it's not one if those fancy new cabins, but if you are looking for a quieter, real house in the Smokies, this is it. We had a few minor issues (house quirks) that have been resolved and did nothing to ruin our trip. With three bedrooms on the main floor and a ramp, while not completely ADA accessible, it was accessible enough for those who had trouble with stairs. We were also only 8 minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge! My son left his tablet in the house when we left and Mike was heading up to fix the house quirks when I called them. We just live in Knoxville and Mike graciously met us only a mile from home so we wouldn't have to drive back."
