  • Great little cabin!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Rustic Elegance. The cabin has everything you need, and is very convenient to all of the attractions. Even better is the fact that it is quiet and peaceful. With the location, you can avoid the heavy traffic by traveling the back roads!"

  • Restful, quiet location, well-equipped cabin

"This was a really nicely equipped cabin, very clean, and well stocked with towels and initial supplies. We had a nice view from the back porches of the treed surroundings, and a beautiful sunset the last night. While we could occasionally hear other voices outdoors, there were no other cabins within eye sight from our outdoor seats on any of the three decks. There is a hot tub on the lower deck, which we did not use, but it looked clean. It is a bit of a drive up to the cabin on narrow roads, mostly paved, but well worth it to be away from the busyness of both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is nicely situated between them, East of the parkway. It took us a little less than 20 minutes to get to the Gatlinburg golf course and Dollywood from the cabin. Lots of entertainment options inside the cabin too, unfortunately we weren't there long enough to use them all! But, we'll be back :) It was also really nice to have an 11am checkout, so we could enjoy our last morning -- much appreciated. All in all, we very much enjoyed the cabin and will save it as a favorite for the future! Thank you for your prompt communications too, and clear directions on how to get to the cabin and how things worked :)"

  • PERFECT FOR SMALL WEDDING

"Our daughter and her fiancé chose this venue for their intimate wedding in Sept. 2015 which included 28 relatives and friends. The lodgings were PERFECT! We all enjoyed the wrap around porches and hot tub, we even had a live bluegrass band play on the porch after the wedding as we all mingled. The owners were AMAZING helping us find vendors for the wedding and meeting all of our needs for the wedding including working with us on the tent setup and take down times, vendors catering at the cabin, and even down to helping us handle the trash. The property has every amenity a large group could ever need. We enjoyed our first day decorating with our own DIY wedding décor, a rehearsal dinner catered in the main cabin, and a video slideshow in the awesome media room followed by a delightful late evening visit at the fire pit while others played checkers on the porch. The wedding day was sunny (but windy) and we had decorated the arbor beautifully. We had a great reception under the tent and the traditional first dances on the dance floor provided by the rental company (suggested by the owners.) The property was perfect for the caterers, the 3-man band, and certainly for all of the wedding party and guests. All of our vendors came to the property including the florist, hair/makeup, caterer, bartender...it feels like you're on your own mountain but really it is convenient to town. The bride, groom, and all of us in attendance could not have been more happy with this stunningly beautiful location!"
