  • Great Time!!! Great Place!!! 4.5 Stars!!!

"My family really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was excellent and met or exceeded all of our needs. The pictures for the cabin are accurate and do a good job of showing you what the cabin looks like although I must say it seemed a little bigger since my kids seemed to camp out at night in the theater room. The location was awesome. It was nice being just a few miles (10 to 15 minute drive) off the main strip in Pigeon Forge and because of the location there were multiple back roads which allowed easy access to Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky National Park with the ability to avoid some potential traffic on 321. Brandon the property manager was great as well. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the a/c was a little wacky definitely kept the place cold just a little hard to regulate from getting too cold, but honestly in the middle of July not really a problem."

  • Beautiful, exceptionally clean and relaxing cabin. Highly recommended

"We had family come down from Michigan so we met them in Pigeon Forge at the beautiful Dancing Bear cabin. I live only 2 hours away from the Smokies so we are over there a lot. I've rented about 50 cabins over the last 14 years and this is in the top 2 as far as how clean it was. You will find a lot of cabins are dusty because cleaning people just do the bare necessities but you could eat of the wood floors this cabin was so clean. No dust anywhere! The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. The cabin is spacious. The three floors helped spread out the 12 people that we had. The wraparound porch was where we started out the first several hours of our day. You have wooded views and a mountain view. I loved how the cabin was at the end of the cul de sac road. We had tons of privacy and we had plenty of room for our 3 cars and could fit about 5 more cars comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was a joy to cook in. Cindy was nice and so easy to deal with. Any questions, she got right back to me. The drive up the mountain is a breeze and beautiful views as you drive down. You can't go wrong with this cabin."

  • Great place everyone loved it from the kids to the adults!!!

"Great place for families or couples. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside. We loved the look and feel of this property. Hardly any cars went by the house the whole weekend we were here which was awesome and there is no houses close by that you can see or hear. Pamela was great with speedy email replies to any of my questions before our arrival. Kiddos loved the animals and they want to come back!!! The only thing that I could think of that would be any better would be to update the mattresses and needs a toaster. When we arrived Pamela had wonderful cupcakes waiting for us!!! There was also condiments already in the fridge and some other things in the cabinet like some grits, sugar, coffee and pancake mix. We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

  • Great Stay

"We had a wonderful time staying in Lil Apple Bear Cottage. It was roomy enough to accommodate my family using the pull out sofa bed for our girls. The location and the views are wonderful. Karen is super friendly and very helpful. The cottage was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We look forward to returning!"
