  • Everything I expected a mountain cabin would be!

"The cabin was beautiful and had more than enough room for 8 people. I was in charge of planning a ski trip to Gatlinburg for our group and had an inkling the skiing wasn't going to be great due to our warm winter so I wanted to find a fabulous cabin and this was it. Great view, hot tub, off the beaten path - we didn't want to stay in one of those cabins that looks amazing but is basically right downtown with neighbors on all sides. The owner is responsive and very reasonable. The weekend we stayed was one of the first really warm weekends of the spring so there were a couple of bees on the windows but spray was provided to take care of that. The road twists and turns and the driveway is very steep but we had no problems because there was no ice or snow. We girls did some lunges up the slope for an impromptu workout. We all really appreciated the pool table and loved the hot tub. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, one with a beautiful view from a balcony. The master bedroom is on the main floor and also has a balcony. The bedroom on the lower level has the two twin beds and the balcony with the hot tub. Even though it was quite warm during the day the lower level bedroom was very cool at night but there is a space heater provided. The kitchen was sizable and able to handle breakfast for 8 easily. This cabin was on the top of my list while I was searching for our trip and it will be my #1 for future trips to come."

  • 4th time. No need to look anywhere Else

"We just keep coming back year after year. Cabin looks just as good as the first time. Love the way it's set up with the bedroom downstairs. Tip though: bring your luggage around the side rather than spiral staircase. Hot tub could be a little cleaner but this is normal for most rentals with them- use at your own risk or there's an awesome big tub with freshwater on demand in the downstairs bath."

  • Great cabin! We had a great stay at Bigfoot Crossing.

"We'll definitely stay here again. It was nicely furnished for a rental, well maintained and the owners were easy to reach. Located right off the main highway through Pigeon Forge it was convienant to restaurants and the park entrances. From the theater room, hot tub, video game system and pool table we enjoyed it all."

  • Great cabin in a great location

"My family loved our stay at this cabin. We were looking for a place that was away from town but also, close enough that we wouldn't have to drive a long way anytime we wanted to go and explore. The cabin was located in a great area with beautiful views and like I previously said only 6-7 minutes to get right back in the heart of Pigeon Forge. There is also a little general store and gas station just about a minute or two from the cabin. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and everyone in my family loved it. We had a great time playing pool together in the upstairs loft and we also all enjoyed the jacuzzi on the deck. From booking the cabin, to checking out, it was an easy process. We've all decided we look forward to our next visit at Mountain Paradise!!!"
