  • Modern comfort

"We enjoyed the loft and will absolutely return. The bed was like sleeping on clouds! If you want to experience the east side of Austin, stay here. Late night bars and restaurants are walking distance. Booking with Todd was simple. The loft is clean, comfy, bright, and comfy."

  • Clean, Beautiful Property

"We had a great stay here! Really nice place on a really neat property. Very close to downtown. Pull out couch is not terribly comfortable (but they never are) and it's in a room with lots of beautiful windows but no shades - so it's bright early! :) So maybe not the best option if you need someone to sleep out there, but the two bedrooms were GREAT and very, very spacious. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"

  • Wonderful location, excellent views and amazing home.

"We had the best time during our stay at the Tram House for my wife's 40th birthday celebration. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the sunrise and sunset each day with one of the best views of the lake in the area. The home was clean, very well appointed with lots of room for us (two couples). Sheila and Keith were wonderful with suggesting breakfast and dinner locations, as well as a place close by for an afternoon sailing cruise, Sail Austin. We didn't have enough time to grill on the patio and spend additional time at the house but will definitely next time. We will definitely plan on staying at the home again soon."

  • Great location for access to University and Downtown

"This apartment was a nice, quiet place to stay in Austin. It had everything that we needed: a fully-equipped kitchen (including grill), nice patio, plenty of seating and comfortable places to sleep. We are walkers, when it comes to travel, so being within 1.5 miles of both downtown and the University was no big deal (I think there was one day where we walked about 6 miles). Scott was also a very gracious host. There was some very bad weather which caused a problem at the apartment, but Scott took care of it calmly and it didn't cause us any issues for the remainder of our stay."
