  • Our stay was Great!

"This home was perfect for us! Myself, my 3 grown children and 2 granddaughters. My adult son had the small cabin to himself which was a plus according to him. The granddaughters loved the bunk beds even though they used them more as a play area than sleeping. The house was very open which made it nice to carry on conversations, watching kids and enjoying time with each other. The screened in porch was a nice plus. The home was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable! Having access to the water via private boat dock was great! The location was great. You feel like you are going to the middle of no where but you are 10 minutes from Kingsland, 20 minutes from Marble Falls and right down the road from Longhorn Caverns, and Inks Lake State Park, which we spent one day at because it has always been one of our favorite spots. Tina provided excellent customer service. She kept in touch via email but encouraged us to call her if needed. My family was very pleased and would stay here again and will recommend it to other friends and family."

  • Nice, peaceful home on the Lake!

"My family enjoyed our Thanksgiving wkend stay at this house on Lake LBJ. It rained most of the wkend, but we still enjoyed the stay. Too cold and wet to fish or boat, but we enjoyed going into Marble Falls and seeing the Holiday Light display beside Lake Marble Falls, very pretty!! Stopped in the Bluebonnet Cafe for some of their famous pies. The house was roomy, Master bed was very comfortable, and the view of the cove from the bedroom was so beautiful and peaceful, looked just like a painting of a fall Lake scene! Must have been very serene, our 3yr old grandson took a 2 hour nap in that room both days, and he never does that! Only two negatives, Direct TV is unwatchable if it is raining, basically no picture, and other people on street were letting two big dogs run loose. They appeared to be aggressive, and we had to keep an eye out if we had our MinPin out (on a leash) or if our grandson was out in the yard. Not sure if these were vacationers or neighbors. Thanks Bill, we loved the cove and hope to come back in the summer!"

  • Huge house with tons of room

"Four families stayed at the landing and the bungalow next door. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for each of us to have our own space. The canal that the house is on is quiet and pretty. We floated and enjoyed the quiet. Wish there were fish to catch but alas, maybe next time. Bathrooms were great, especially the master bath. It is just gorgeous. This was our 2nd year we stayed to celebrate the holiday. Everyone enjoyed it so much that more of our adult children are coming so we most likely have grown out of the house, but if not, we will be back. We loved the boat slips, had one pontoon and one jetski. That made it easy to keep the boats at the house. Only one negative was the ice maker at the awesome bar was not working. A little let down since we loved it so much the year before. But all in all, a great house, lots of room, and a good value. Thank you for another great stay!!"

  • very relaxing stay

"We stayed at Glen Cove for a long weekend and had a fabulous time. The house was gorgeous, very clean, and perfectly situated on the lake. My 3 teenagers each brought a friend and it was perfect for all of us. We rented the pontoon boat along with a big tube from Splash. The kids had a great time! We brought our own noodles and inner tubes to splash around in the water in front of the house. HEB is right around the corner so it was easy to pick up everything we needed or to run back for more. We will definitely stay here again next time we're at Lake LBJ!"
