  • Basic, clean and convenient -- Great Ski School and mountain proximity!

"The condo was a basic condo -- nothing fancy. But it served our purposes well. We were two adults and 3 children (11 and under). The kids loved the upstairs loft and the fact that they had their own tv and bathroom. There are 3 full bathrooms, which is nice. The bath tubs and other appliances in unit are outdated, but they work just fine. Toilets were a bit sluggish, which I suppose explains the plungers in each of the 3 bathrooms. It is a haul to get to the unit from the check in desk, and to get to the pool and nicer hot tub, you have to go outside and down the steps, which is challenging in the cold especially with kids. There is a hot tub down the hall but it is indoors and not in the most picturesque of locations. The view of the ice skating rink was fun for the kids. The proximity to ski school and the lifts made this location ideal for our family of 5. The proximity to the shuttles that take you to Main St., Deer Valley, etc. was also great. Note that there is no housekeeping service included with rental. It is available for extra but we did not use it. The property manager was helpful in securing an early check in and late check out, which was ideal for us given the small children in our family. The kitchenette is well-stocked with essential cutlery and utensils. Appliances are very small--apartment size fridge, dishwasher, etc. It is also a haul to take the garbage out."

  • Perfect Location, Excellent Condo!

"We visited Park City for the 1st time this MLK holiday and this location is perfect for our visit. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids ages 12, 10 and 8.) Matt was very helpful and answered all my questions almost immediately. We had the best time. You are steps away from ski school, the lifts and the park city buses. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. My kids loved the balcony and it was nice to let them go iceskating while we watched from the balcony. We definitely plan on renting again next year."

  • Great Location

"Spring Break trip for my son, we stayed four nights in this studio condo. Couldn't ask for better location, very close to slopes. Condo is as described, space was perfect for the two of us. Murphy bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable (sheets, pillows, blankets- everything we needed). One closet to hang our clothes. It does have fireplace but we did not use. Nice size refrigerator, does have small oven, coffee maker, toaster oven & microwave. Bathroom is roomy and nice shower pressure. While I did not ski, the proximity of the slopes made it extremely convenient for my son and the ease of the bus system was great way for me to spend my days (shopping at outlet mall, Redstone, Fresh Market and downtown). There are several bus routes so really no need for car. (Plenty of transportation choices to/from airport). Holly was great to work with, very responsive with any questions. Check in and out were seamless. Would DEFINITELY stay there again."
