  • It is a great condo.

"I would bet in the winter this is a great condo. We didn't spend much time in it, as we were there for a wedding. It is nicely decorated and has just about everything you could want or need. If you are going to Jay Peak, I highly recommend this place. Peter got back to me very quickly from the beginning of the request for the reservation and sent directions and how to get in about 5 days prior to arrival. He was on top of everything."

  • Great summer getaway!

"Our family with 2 kids (4 and 6 years old), my brother, sister, and parents all stayed here very comfortably. The views are stunning. The deck and yard are just a pleasure to be on and the house is clean and well kept. Small details, like trundle beds, are very helpful. There are lots of toys and games and two bikes for the kids. Lots of fun things are just a short drive and the fire pit was a great end to our days."

  • Weekend of Aug 26-28. Fabulous weather for an outdoor wedding venue

"Great condo. Would have liked to know specifically what level is cleanup you expected for return of the security deposit. Also would have appreciated a few spices on hand (garlic powder. Cinnamon. Etc)"

  • Gloriously quiet and beautiful!

"We have had such a great trip up to Jay. The house was amazingly close to The Long Trail, so we just drove down the street and day hiked to the Canadian border and enjoyed the stunning vistas. With Jay peak so close, this place is ideally located for both quiet seclusion and all the perks of a bustling ski resort. We were here in early September- the weather was warm with a cool breeze and just as good as it gets. We took the tram up Jay Peak and hiked down. You can see the entire state of Vermont and beyond from up there. The house was very clean and comfortable. We made excellent use of the oversized deck with lots of lounging and reading. It was the perfect quiet little getaway that was definitely in order. Our souls are soothed after our time drinking in all the nature. Thanks for your hospitality! Russ and Liz Burnham"
