  • Tranquil retreat

"We had a wonderful stay at the Haven at Huletts Landing. The spacious cabin was perfect for our family - myself, my husband and our infant daughter. There was room to set up a portable crib, and being together on one level was convenient. The kitchen had a full complement of cooking utensils and was good for making meals, and there was plenty of seating for when family staying nearby joined us for lunch one day. The property is peaceful, perfect for unwinding and getting away from it all. The cabin itself was very clean, much more than other places we have stayed. There is a lot of attention to detail here as far as amenities and maintenance, which is very much appreciated. The view of the lake was beautiful. Be prepared to drive while you're there - the property is at the top of a hill. We took day trips (in the car) to see family staying on the lake and to the nearby beach and golf course. I would also recommend grocery shopping before you go. We went on the way and were glad we did. We would definitely recommend this property to friends looking for a quiet retreat on Lake George."

  • An Awesome Time!

"My wife and I have been renting through VRBO for a long time and we have stayed in multiple lake houses in the Finger Lakes and ADX, this spot is by far our favorite. The pond is clean and the water front is perfect for relaxing and swimming (for both our dog and toddler). The house is clean and comfortable and well organized. We really loved their screened in porch as well. There is a bunch of stuff to do in the area and we only left one out of the 5 days because it was just so relaxing and quiet. This is going to be our first return spot for sure. Any downside to it, they are very upfront about it in the literature and they are completely manageable."

  • Peaceful Retreat

"Nothing is lacking in this house or in the setting. Spacious, comfortable and with views that are spectacular. A large wrap around deck is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and stargazing at night. We were a crew of seven florists from Philadelphia up to design a wedding at The Equinox Resort in nearby Manchester. Although it was a lot of work for a few days, it seemed more like a vacation with the house and the setting. Our last day there we had an afternoon to enjoy a long hike on the nearby trails and it was wonderful......a heck of a climb up but well worth it. We actually saw the barred owl that we heard every night. This really is a very relaxing spot with easy access to much of what southern Vermont has to offer."
