"Such a perfect house that became a home for all 13 of us for our family reunion. Great memories were made that will last us for years to come. Everything we needed was supplied by the owners to keep us comfortable. Spacious, clean and comfy rooms. The views were amazing from the front windows that we would just sit and watch the lake as evening or dawn approached. Great Kitchen supplies. We had plenty of space and places to hang out and just enjoy each others company. The beach was perfect for the grands and adults as well. We rented water toys and just have the best time ever! We left happy and tanned. Thank you family and thank you owners of the perfect vacation house."

  • Famly Reunion

"We had a great time at this house! We had 20 people in our party and there was plenty of room. The marina in front of the house was very quiet and everyone enjoyed swimming in front of the house. The lake is loaded with fish we caught stripppers out on the main lake and some crappie in front of the house. The ladies enjoyed going to the vineyards in the area. The house location made it easy for us to go to Busch Gardens,Monticello , bike riding in the mountains and Washington DC . The owner was very easy talk too and was very helpfull! If you have a large group you will be happy renting this house."

  • Stress Free Get-Away

"February is not our top choice for a vacation, but we were looking for a place to just get away from the stresses of daily life. White Tail Hollow proved to be the ideal location. As it turned out, we were blessed with a beautiful weekend, but the house had everything we needed whether inside or outside. During the day we enjoyed the deck, the dock, and nearby Lake Anna State Park. In the evening, we snuggled in with games and books. We found the peace and solitude that we wanted. The owners were very prompt with their response when we made a contact to rent the property and made the arrangements very easy to complete. The focus of the area is the lake and related activities, but it is also an ideal location if you are just looking for a comfy vacation house in a serene setting."

  • Good for a weekend

"The place is just as amazing as the photos show aesthetically. It's kind of a maze on the first floor when you walk in but you get used to it fairly quickly- not as open floor concept as it appears, but still very large with tons of space. The upstairs is extremely homey- board games, nice thick carpet, couches, and beautiful views of the water. The basement was *a-mazing*-highly recommended for hanging out, sleeping, or playing music. The movie theater is actually pretty well soundproofed- so you can play your movies loud while people play air hockey, and because of the walls the sound doesn't travel at all. Very well put together. I'd say the only downside to this place was the kitchen- a lot of appliances didn't work- especially either oven. The fridge and freezer were alright, but it's honestly the kitchen that brought this from an almost guaranteed 5 stars to 4. IF the applicances get fixed then this place is a no brainer for a week. For a weekend- pretty easy- especially for the price- So reasonable for the amentities (but maybe not the appliances)"
