  • So Relaxing!

"Our stay was warm and relaxing, just what we were looking for. The house was well equipped, clean and comfy, very homey. Being up on a hillside made the views delightful and raised us above traffic noise on the street below. Check-in was easy and the house was everything the pictures showed, and more. Thanks for a great visit, we appreciate the hospitality!"

  • Paradise on the Puget Sound!

"Take in the Pacific Northwest with comfort and peacefulness as you enjoy the beauty of this cottage. I was in town for a job interview and this was just perfect. They even provided a kayak to go out on the water! Which, by the way, is only about 50 yards from the house. (on the private beach!) I took one of the days and kayaked around the Puget Sound, then relaxed on the HUGE deck as the sun set behind the Olympic Mountains. I slept like a log in the master bedroom and woke up to deer right outside my window. Needless to say, I nailed the job interview, and now live in the Seattle area. The Pacific NW is absolutely stunning. My only regret is that I can't simply purchase this beautiful place for my own. The owner of the property was incredibly attentive, and even gave me tips for catching the ferry to Seattle! Small town vibe, with a short ride to the big city. Even though I live here now, I will be vacationing in this rental AT LEAST once a year. I can't say enough about this place. If you're wondering.... don't. Just book it!"

  • Fantastic!

"Exceeded our expectations in every sense. Lovely, warm, cozy home - exactly as described (maybe even better). Communication was clear and easy. Saw a bald eagle and lots of other wildlife. Highly recommended. One tip if you are local and planning to cook a bunch: bring your own sharp knife (I'm just used to my own knives, perhaps; many knives are provided here, though)."

  • Nice and Cozy

"We rated in Mr. Jones's rental on 12/26, the day after Maria, who asked for one night in return in a note she had left shown to by the landlord. They didn't let Mr. Jones know that they left, an we wanted it for the week. It's much nicer then a hotel. The bathroom and kitchen are small but clean and had full sized appliances. What a view!! It was plenty warm, and yes there is a baseboard heater in the bedroom. I think she wanted only one night from the start and was cheating the nice landlord."
