  • Beautiful Townhome Perfect Setup for 2 Couples

"I called this a townhome instead of a town house....because that it what it felt like home. The home was immaculate, everything was perfect. Each bedroom was on a separate level allowing couples to have their privacy yet a gathering place for all. The rooftop balcony was a 2nd great gathering place. The area was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Per Janice's recommendation, we took a few walks to grocery stores and to parks for views of Mount Ranier. Janice was a great communicator. I would recommend this home to anyone and I will go back there the next time I am in Seattle."

  • After Exhaustive Research, I Found the Best Place to Stay in Queen Anne!

"This delightful Queen Anne house exudes comfy warmth and metro-urban style. The three of us each had our own bedroom and agreed that all the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was easy to navigate and cook in (both Trader Joe's and Safeway were within easy walking distance). And, the shady backyard with ample seating was an unexpected happy bonus for laid-back evenings at home. The location is great, just a few blocks from Kerry Park in one direction and the fun shops and restaurants of the Queen Anne neighborhood in another. For ventures beyond Queen Anne, we found ride sharing (e.g., Uber) to be a quickly available, cheap and and easy alternative to renting a car (though there's space to park one). Each of us (ranging in age from 68 to 19) agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat."

  • Perfect!

"Our stay was wonderful! Our home away from home for the week met all our expectations and needs. The property description and photos are accurate and a great representation. The location is perfect. Gas Works Park for the 4th of July was exciting. Stone Way Cafe is a great place to get coffee and breakfast or lunch. Ro Ro BBQ was a treat for us after a two week hiatus from Texas. Paseo Caribbean on Fremont St. was an amazing hole in the wall. We walked almost everywhere. Oh, the Fremont Troll is just down the street for an iconic photo Seattle photo shoot. Thank you Andrew for making our home away from home the perfect experience. You are the perfect host! • Comfortable stay at Baker Ave Bungalow

"We really enjoyed our stay at this nicely rennovated bungalow near the heart of Fremont. Almost everything we needed was provided and there was plenty of storage and room to move around. The deck with the view over the working canal is very nice and sunsets are on full display. As previous reviewers have mentioned the west facing windows can be an issue on hot summer days (we stayed the month of August), but the heat is manageable with the shades and letting the breezes come through the open windows on all sides of the house. Before booking I had thought that parking might be a problem on the street, but to my pleasant surprise we almost always got a spot right in front of our bedroom window. We felt like the neighborhood was very safe and it was nice and quiet. Restaurants, shops and the canal are only a short walk away and just one short steep hill to worry about on the way back up. The booking process was smooth and Jodi was available to answer messages before we arrived. This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint!"
