  • Short family

"Working with Carrie was great. The home is clean and accommodates a large family. We were in Seattle for our sons wedding and this home fit all of us. The kitchen is well stocked with a large refrigerator. Queen Anne is a wonderful location, close to coffee houses, restaurants and grocery store, also plenty of parking on the street. We would stay here again."

  • Nice spot to spend a weekend in Seattle

"This was a great spot to set up for a weekend in Seattle... good food and drink all over the place, and walking distance to many sights and amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it at all!"

  • Beautiful house, Nice and helpful host, Great Location!

"We stay there for 4 nights and I'm glad I chose this place. My two kids 1 and 4 both loved this place. We cooked several meals especially for kids and it's very convenient. Jim is very warm and helpful. Although he lives downstairs in the basement, we didn't really feel like he is there. He always responded to our questions quickly by texting. The location is great, short drive to downtown, restaurants, parks, etc. A little walk around the neighborhood is also very nice. You get really nice views there. Thank you Jim!"

  • Week stay for a wedding with 8 guests

"This was a good home. The owner was great to work with and responsive. There was plenty of blankets and towels and other necessities and the directions were easy to find and use. Wifi was great. And the best part was the back porch with an absolutely amazing view, a grill and a hot tub! One of the highlights of our trip. The main floor rooms were comfortable however two of the bedrooms are in the basement and the set up is quite awkward - you need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other (aka the "in law suite"). The bathroom in the basement is also very awkward again because you need to walk through it and there are three different doors that access it. The toilet is not usable for guys really since it is lifted and the ceiling is low. Overall the whole house was great except the basement. The location was also great- a mile away from groceries and dinner and also a nice run to east lake and the zoo! Would definitely stay here again now that we understand the basement situation- maybe with less people."
