  • What a cozy cabin!

"My husband, I, and our boat spent a week at the Moon Watch cabin from Sept 10 - 16. What a plus having the boat dock right outside our door! The cabin is located at the end of a small bay, and getting onto Lake Minocqua and Lake Kawaguesaga was a snap. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is tiny, but had what we needed. Beds were comfy. It is an older cabin, and the bathroom could use some updating, but the hot water was plentiful and the shower force was great. We had a lovely time and will return to Sunset Bay in the future."

  • great for families

"The cabin was cute, clean and well stocked. The large sandy beach and clear lake were perfect for our young children. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond."

  • Great Fall Getaway

"We had a great stay in the cabin over the Columbus Day Holiday weekend. The leaves were at peak color, the downtown area was within walking distance using the trail bridge, and most of the downtown businesses were still open for the late tourist season. The cabin was cozy and open. Everything we needed was there. We made use of the dock with our fishing kayaks. It was great to enjoy our early morning coffee while fishing off the dock. We made some great memories and can't wait to go back."

  • Private location but close to it all

"This secluded cabin is on a smaller lake right across the street from Minocqua Lake. It is a great fishing lake with lots of deer living in the neighborhood. Given its location, you can be anywhere in Minocqua, Woodruff, or Arbor Vitae within a few minutes. The cabin has just about everything you might need: pots, pans, silverware, utensils, towels, soap, board games, life vests, and fans. The only negatives were the lack of potable water and cutting board. My husband and I enjoyed our time there despite the rain - thank goodness for the screened porch - and would like to stay there again someday."
