This one-bedroom, two full-bath condo with nine-foot ceilings is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Custom decorated and inviting, this penthouse-level beauty on the 20th floor has an open floor plan that provides incredible ocean views, and a large private balcony that beckons you to step out.
Sip your fresh-brewed coffee from the balcony at sunrise and breathe in the temperate coastal breezes. Witness the beach awakening – pelicans skimming the crystalline shore, surfers waiting for the next big wave. Allow yourself to be awed by breathtaking sunsets, and listen to waves kiss the shore while you sleep.
Inside the condo you’ll find that we spared no expense to make your stay relaxing and convenient. A full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes all the supplies and kitchenware that you would find at home. A cafe table that seats four and a breakfast bar facing the kitchen lets you feed up to six people in comfort. The beautifully decorated master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an attached full bath with cultured marble vanity tops.
The condo also includes two adult-sized bunk beds and a pull-out queen-size sofa sleeper, accommodating up to six guests. A washer and dryer keep you a step ahead, while high-speed data lines keep you connected. Contemporary electronics take care of all your digital entertainment needs.
Need more room? Our unit is 2017 Seychelles; we partner with 2108 and 2019 to be able to accomodate up to 20 guests. All are next door to each other and fantastic units with incredible views.

We wanted a unit in a well managed resort that was family oriented for our family and our guests. Seychelles is all of that. The location, the neighborhood, the views and the amenities nearby make it a perfect resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Being located directly on the gulf but also a block off Thomas Drive on Gulf Drive allows visitors and locals alike the opportunity to actually walk to area shops and restaurants. That is rare in Panama City Beach. Also the location allows for views of the gulf, grand lagoon, the marina and the three bays that form the beautful landscape of this area. Being in a residential area makes for long walks and long views of sugar white beaches. Our morning walk is along the water's edge to the pier in the state park and back. Very refreshing.
