The Hawaii L.I.G.H.T. House is at the beautiful Kaneohe Bay, on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii – Home of Hawaii's only Barrier Reef. It is about 3-miles from world famous Kailua Beach, known for its clear blue water and powder soft white sand.
Nestled on the hillside overlooking the Kaneohe Bay, this exquisite 3+ story home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full and 2 half baths. This $1.8 million estate was artistically designed and built as a one-of-kind showcase home. It has over 6,000 square feet of living space and over 30 tons of beautifully polished, imported Italian marble flooring and granite counter tops.
***The L.I.G.H.T. House also has a one bedroom cottage for small family's traveling on a budget of only $125 a night***
Once you have stepped into this beautiful home you will feel that all your worries are left behind. You will be able to pamper yourself in luxury. Choose from the Game Room with a custom Billiard Table or the 9 foot deep Swimming Pool with a marble deck that is in the center of the home.
The Gourmet Kitchen has long granite counter tops and is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and pots and pans. The Family Living Room has ocean and mountain views. Home has 42’’ TV with Digital Cable and free, streaming video from Netflix. Our Entry Living Room is furnished with leather furniture and a china cabinet.
When you get done pampering yourself in luxury, try working out in the air-conditioned Exercise Room with a Nautilus machine, free-weights, a bench press, an electronic treadmill, stationary bike, stair stepper, and a variety of abs machines. Or, for the children 10 yrs. and under, play in the In-Door Playroom with rubber mat flooring, 3-swings, a 10 ft. slide, a look-out tower, a fireman's pole, and a rope climb.
The 1st guests’ room, the Master Bedroom on the upper level, consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a California King Size bed and openly joins with the Master Bathroom. The bathroom has double vanity sinks and is constructed with marble walls, floors and shower. The shower is a 7-head Spa shower which adjusts for your comfort. The tub is a black two-person heart-shaped Jacuzzi with a waterfall and underwater light.
The 2nd guests’ bedroom is huge and set up for kids, (400+ sq ft). The Kids Room is right close to the master suit so parents can keep an eye on their children. This bedroom has two twin beds and one full size bed, on one end wrap around office counters. There are also books and board games to keep your kids entertained for hours. It has marble floors and a bathroom with toilet and sink.
The 3rd guests’ bedroom is also carpeted and air-conditioned. It is a loft type bedroom that overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the bay. It is furnished with a Queen Size bed and dresser. It has a shared bathroom with the lower bedroom.
The 4th guests’ bedroom is a pool-side, air-conditioned, and carpeted room with a Queen Size bed.
The 5th guests’ bedroom is on the lower level which is also air-conditioned and with a queen size bed and its own full bath.
*All our beds have Memory Foam Toppers and high count cotton sheets for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The home also has Netflix unlimited moves and wireless high speed internet. Renters have unlimited use of all the amenities.
Reserving the Estate offers about 6,000 square feet of fully private living space for your enjoyment and can sleep 12 guests. You will have use of both a washer and dryer. Guest parking is in the garage.

Great family vacation house!

All of us "first cousins" needed a place to stay for a family wedding. My two brothers and their spouses and kids (4 and 6), my two cousins, their friend, and I, all enjoyed the house. My nephews loved the playroom, while some of us made good use of the gym! The pool in the middle of the house was a neat feature, as was the waterfall tub in the master bath. We started our days on the deck overlooking the water while we had breakfast, and had a relaxing drink there after our daily activities. The house had enough room for us to spread out and have private time, and great spaces for us to all be together and relax or play. Although the decor is a little dated (think 80s rock star) we loved it. The big eat-in counter in the kitchen was great - a bunch of us would be in the kitchen preparing a meal while the rest would camp out at the counter. The proximity to Kailua Beach, Island Snow Shave Ice, hiking and Kalapawai Market are major pluses! Due to the various levels and number of stairs it's not a good choice if you have mobility problems (my father, for instance, couldn't look at the whole house when he dropped us off) but shouldn't be a problem for most. We definitely want to stay here again for our next family gathering - and have ourselves an 80s night!

Our entire family spent 9 wonderful days in Hawaii at the Lighthouse. Kim was very helpful and was available for questions or concerns. The house is very much like the pictures, we had lots of room, and enjoyed the pool and the pool table immensely. It was clean, and a very nice touch was there were lots of beach towels available (we didn't have to buy them) and there were flippers, boogie boards etc. We had a great family holiday at the house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or book it again. We all rented cars and found it easy to get around, Kim suggested we bring our GPS. Very helpful. Thank you Mark, you have a beautiful house.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the hawaii lighthouse. Great views from some bedrooms and the decks. House was as advertised. We had 4 different couples and each one stayed in a room on a different floor so we had privacy. Also our son loved it b/c there were open areas for him to play in, not to mention the indoor playground which he really enjoyed. The management team was accessible and responsive. One thing is that if you have kids younger than 2 1/2 the floors are completely granite so I would think they would get hurt if they fall and bump their heads. You do need a car as you are about 20 minutes away from Honolulu. If you get the chance check out Lanakai beach its close and the beach is beautiful. There were all sorts of eating options nearby(food was average-nothing was great) and a grocery store was near(about 5 mins away). If you like sushi Genki Sushi was decent. I recommend this property whole heartedly.

So peaceful and relaxing was our stay at The Light House Estate. The views really were breathtaking and just being in Hawaii was great, but staying is such a nice estate just topped it off.
