Hawaii L.I.G.H.T. House, acronym stands for L=Love, I=Integrity, G=Guidance, H=Honesty, and T=Trust.
The Hawaii Light House is on beautiful Kaneohe Bay, on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii – Home of Hawaii's only Barrier Reef; and only about 3-miles from world famous Kailua Beach, which is known for its clear blue water and powder soft white sand.
Nestled on the hillside overlooking the Kaneohe Bay, this exquisite 5 bedroom 5 bath $1.5 million estate was artistically designed and built as a one-of-kind showcase home. It has over 6,000 square feet of living space and over 30 tons of beautifully polished, imported Italian marble flooring.
Once you have stepped into this beautiful home, you will feel that all your worries are left behind. You will be able to pamper yourself in luxury. Choose from the Game Room with a custom Billiard Table or the 9 foot deep Swimming Pool with a marble deck that is in the center of the home.
The Gourmet Kitchen has long granite counter tops and is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and pots and pans. The Living Room is furnished with a 60” Projection HDTV and Digital Cable. Our Entry Living Room is furnished with leather furniture and a china cabinet.
When you get done pampering yourself in luxury, try working out in the air-conditioned Exercise Room with a Natilus machine, free-weights, a bench press, an electronic treadmill, stationary bike, stair stepper, and a variety of ab machines, etc. Or, for the children 10 yrs. and under, play in the In-Door Playroom with rubber mat flooring, 3-swings, a 10 ft. slide, a look-out tower, a fireman's pole, and 2 rope climbs.
The upper level consists of an air-conditioned Master Bedroom with a California King size bed and openly joins with the Master Bathroom. The bathroom has double vanity sinks and is constructed with marble walls, floors and shower. The shower is a 7-head Spa shower that adjusts for your comfort. The tub is a two-person, black heart-shaped Jacuzzi with waterfalls and underwater light.
The carpeted Pool-Side Bedroom is air-conditioned and has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom is also carpeted and air-conditioned and is a loft type bedroom that overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the bay. It is furnished with a Queen size bed and dresser, and has a shared bathroom with the lower bedroom.
The forth bedroom is hugh and set up for kids, (400+ sq ft), The kids room is right close to the master suit so parents can keep a eye on their children. This bedroom has two twin beds on one end and wrap around office counters on the other end which is full of board games and fun stuff to keep your kids entertained for hours. It has marble floors and a bathroom with toilet and sink.
Renters have unlimited use of all the amenities. Reserving the Estate offers about 6,000 square feet of fully private living space for your enjoyment and can sleep 10 guests. You will have use of a washer and dryer. Guest parking in the garage.

There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $450.
Holidays are typically a higher rate, please call us for dates open and rates.
All rates are for up to 10 people.
7 night minimum stay, 5 nights if it fits in the schedule.
