Our Evian villa is a spacious, 1500-square-foot, FIRST FLOOR villa with upscale furnishings and an European flair. Enjoy a view down the length of the lagoon with golf along the banks from your awning-covered deck spanning three rooms of the villa. Only a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean.

Enjoy outside dining with a gas grill on your private awning-shaded deck. Watch the golfers or enjoy this tranquil scene from your living room, dining room, kitchen, or master bedroom with its private French door leading to the outside. The view is fabulous and this is a FIRST FLOOR VILLA with no steps. Just walk out your front door.

The large master bedroom includes a private sitting area and queen-size bed. The master bedroom offers a double vanity and a large shower with jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds and another TV. The villa offers a large eat-in kitchen as well as a dining room. A wet bar and fireplace compliment the living room which includes a queen-size sleep sofa.

Evian offers the most green space and park-like settings of any community in Shipyard. It has the ambiance of Old Europe with its large trees, stucco villas, and pinstripe awnings. The private pool and six tennis courts (with lighting for night play) are situated around a private lake with small bridges, benches, and gazebos to complete the picture. These are only steps away from your villa.

One of the best beaches on Hilton Head is only a short walk from our Evian villa. The Van de Meer Tennis Center, miles of bicycle trails, and lagoons throughout add to the beauty of this private, gated island setting. This is the closest building in Evian to the beach. Evian is the preferred community within Shipyard for year-round living as well. Shipyard is one of the best locations on Hilton Head Island with Sea Pines, Harbor Town, Shelter Cove, shopping, restaurants, and the arts only five minutes away.
