MINIMUM RENTAL IS ONE MONTH: Our beautiful condo home, newly remodeled in 2010, is on the 1st floor, direct oceanfront, with a large screened patio that opens onto a lush grassy courtyard, just steps away from the pool or beach. This is a No Smoking, No Pet condominium, located at the Canaveral Sands Condominium complex in Cape Canaveral, and has over 700 feet of private beach.
Our condo is less than a mile from the Port Canaveral jetty to the north. Or, take a bare foot walk 1.5 miles south down the beach and you'll come upon the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Dine in one of their three restaurants situated right OVER the ocean for a spectacular view, or just enjoy the pier's shopping and daily live entertainment.
There is something for everyone in this beautiful area! And whether you are waking up or dosing off at night, always hear the soothing sound of the ocean and enjoy a wonderful view.
Our condo home is vacation ready, tastefully decorated, open, bright, and well cared for, just ideal for a wonderful vacation condo! The kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry utility room and entry foyer were recently remodeled. Walk in, unpack, and enjoy!! You will relish beach and ocean views from the kitchen, living room/dining room, master bedroom, and private screened patio, which is located off the master bedroom and living room area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful direct ocean views. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen (and I mean FULLY EQUIPPED - we love to cook!) with deluxe appliances and all utensils for your cooking needs! Kitchen was recently remodeled with new cabinets, granite countertops, dishwasher and microwave.
Port Canaveral is just minutes away. Sit at one of the famous dockside Tiki bars and restaurants, and watch the incoming fisherman weigh in their catch, or view the cruise ships sailing in and out of the port. Orlando Airport is only a 45-minute drive. Have fun at all the theme parks. Enjoy all the other family entertainment that Orlando has to offer but stay at the ocean in a beautiful, luxury vacation condo. Plus, you’re just 15 minutes away from space shuttle launches via the Kennedy Space Center.
Relax and take in the Florida sunshine next to the heated oceanside pool. Let the sounds of the soothing ocean waves and the soft ocean breeze pamper you. Take a refreshing swim and let the warm sun bake the water off your body. Or, go straight for the beach to either play in the ocean waves or relax on the sandy shore with your favorite drink.

At Port Canaveral, you can climb aboard a cruise liner or fish for the ocean's finest seafood from our jetty. Port Canaveral is the homeport for Disney Cruise Lines, Carnaval, and others. Each of these mega-ships accommodates 2,400-4,000 passengers and sail on three-, four- or seven day cruises with optional vacation packages that can include the world-famous Disney World theme parks. Port Canaveral also offers three parks including one featuring oceanfront camping for RVs and tents.

We can't say enough about this lovely condo. It is attractively furnished as well as being very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped which is very unusual. The screened in porch and ocean view make it even more special. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood,convenient to stores and restaurants and centrally located to many attractions. Another plus is that the owners are local so that any questions or problems can be dealt with in a timely fashion. We are looking forward to our second stay in 2009.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying this property on more than one ocassion. My family and I have created some wonderful memories here! (by my family, I mean the age range being from 4-74) There are so many things to do in the area, but the best memories were made right at the condo. The fully equipped condo will leave you needing only your bathing suits, food and beverages! Thanks for the wonderful memories. Teri

WE HAVE STAYED IN THIS CONDO SEVERAL TIMES AND IT IS EVERYTHING THEY SAY IT IS. WHAT WE LOVE THE MOST IS THE EASY ACCESS TO BE BEACH, BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOU ARE AFFORDED PRIVACY FROM THE CROWDS AND NO BEACH TRAFFIC. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT TO DO IS CLOSE BY AND CONVIENENT. EVENING OR MORNING WALKS ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT. YOU WILL WANT FOR NOTHING AT THE CONDO TO COOK, WATCH TV, OR DO NOTHING AT ALL.

November 1, 2006: Our beachside condo home has just recently been listed on VRBO so you will not see any comments in this guest book. My wife and I, as well as many of our family and friends, have enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this wonderful "beachside" retreat. Please avail yourself of a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and the soothing sounds of the waves as they wash up on the shore just a few hundred feet from your vacation oasis.
