We have just returned from the best holiday EVER! The house, pool, hot-tub, deck and all that went with it were just superb - the wesbite does not do it justice. This was a special holiday (8 ladies!) celebrating several milestone birthdays and our family party came from England, Ireland and the USA - and what a time we had! The house itself is not only beautiful but extremely functional with everything you could possibly ever need and more. The personal touches in the house - the family photographs, the pictures and the unique decor, just added to its charm. The views were to die for - at every time of the day - as the light and tides changed, so did the aspect from the deck and from the pool. Just gorgeous. We got a real kick out of the tidal pool and the friendly fish who followed us around the edge every morning and the birds were amazing - pelicans, herons, and many more. We were especially impressed with our very own Eagle who tended to spend a lot of his time on top of the telegraph pole watching out for fish..... As the house was so wonderful we didn't want to spend too much time elsewhere, but it was perfect for local amenities - the supermarkets and the liquor store (!) and we did drive down to Key West one day and played tourist on the trolley bus. Lots to see and do. We also spent a couple of afternoons on Sombrero Beach which was fabulous and only a few minutes away by car. Soft white sand, palm trees and warm, clear sea water - heavenly. We only ate out a couple of times - again - because we didn't want to leave our fabulous "home from home" but our favourite was the Sunset Grille Tiki Bar, just down the road on the left before the bridge. Great food, amazing cocktails and lovely, friendly staff. As this was such a special holiday it was important that everything was perfect. From the minute I made the very first enquiry to the owner of the house (thank you Lona) to the minute we sadly had to leave, nothing was too much trouble. The staff at Exit Realty were amazing; they went the extra mile in helping me order birthday cakes and champagne for the Birthday Girls and in ensuring that everything was just so. On a couple of occasions when we needed assistance they rushed to sort things out for us immediately - I simply cannot praise them highly enough or thank them adequately. Sadly our holiday only lasted a week but we are already thinking about a return visit - we had THE BEST TIME. Thank you so very, very muchRecommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This place is heaven! It's even more beautiful than the pics! My husband I spent two glorious weeks here and had the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. You don't have to go any where once you stock the frig. The pool was awesome. My husband did not want to leave the hot tub. We fished off the dock and caught dinner a few times. I enjoyed walking around the waiting pool each morning and getting a kick out of the fish following me. The sunsets and sunrises were breath taking. The house was clean and well maintained. We will be back if we can get reservations. I highly recommend this home!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

we found the outside of this property to be as great if not better than advertised! The pool seemed to be brand new and all was maintained well. The views were wonderful! We had all we needed inside the house- very comfortable! Two families with a total of 6 were very comfortable! Kitchen well supplied! We brought our boat with us - dock was great! Only suggestion- the house did not have any instructions on how to get to channel to get out to ocean- we figured it out- hug the properties until you see the channel marker - we went out west - past a few inlets until we got to the channel.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
