Our villa is a one bedroom on the second floor. Unwind on the amazing terrace overlooking the tropical garden, pool, jacuzzi, and waterfalls. There is no other complex in Playa with this charm. This beautiful condominium is decorated with a beach theme. Unit features marble floors, oversized shower, kitchen for light cooking, queen-size bed, and spacious living room designed with multiple windows and French doors overlooking the tropical garden.

Hi Patty, Just wanted to send a note to tell you how great are visit was at Christmas. Your home is a gem, a place that was wonderful to return to after a full day at the beach or dinner out...it's a geat place to thang out and chill while listening to the waterfall outside your unit. This was our fouth visit with you but the first visit at Christmas. I must say this is definitely the bussiest time I have ever seen PDC and yes the town is loud .But also your location is the best, your in the hear of all, where you find the best dining,shopping and beaches. Your unit is great because you are in the back of the complex, the noise level is less and we really had no difficulty sleeping in the bedroom. As a retired couple from Canada, fleeing the cold winters, we will again look forward to seeing you next year. Katherine Lock

we had a wonderful experience in this villa.The rooms were perfect close to shopping and the beach where the service was super and the staff so friendly.I would advise anyone coming here to bring ear plugs because of the noise from the party bars.Once we got ours it became peaceful.The little pool is a refreshing end to a day in the sun.Thank you Gabriella and Heidi and I will send a private message to the owner.Everything from the travel from the airport the accommodations the staff and the sun were a welcome retreat from us in the north...

I just returned from a 4 week vacation in Villas Sacbe. My experience was wonderful for many reasons. The owner was helpful in answering questions about the condo as well as assisting with other information. Heidi, the manager for the condo, arranged travel to the Cancun airport, made sure I had everything I needed, checked on me at least once a week to make sure things were going smoothly, and even recommended restaurants I might enjoy. Villas Sacbe is a small, quiet condo equipped with everything you will need for a great vacation. It is close to the beach and 5th Avenue, as well as grocery stores (Mega and Walmart). Housekeeping was great and the security guard was welcoming - I felt very safe staying here. I hope to return soon. Elaine
