WELCOME TO OUR "CUTE LITTLE BEACH HOUSE!"
Just 20 minutes from the Heart of exciting Charleston, South Carolina, Sonny and Susan Lee are now renting their cute little Victorian-style cottage in fabulous Wild Dunes. Located on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina, Wild Dunes Resort is known for its two championship resort golf courses, its beautiful oceanfront beaches, and laid back lifestyle. Wild Dunes is a restriced community with a secure front gate access and 24 hr. security patrol.
Our home is complete and up to date and is tastfully furnished and includes High Speed Internet and WiFi. There is an open deck and screened porch with a gas "Weber" grill overlooking the sixth fairway of the awesome "Links" Golf Course. Just 100 yards from the neighborhood pool and 150 yards further on to the surf of the Atlantic Ocean.
Sonny and Susan live 10 min. away in Mt. Pleasant and personally manage, maintain and care for "Our cute little beach house." Our home is professionally cleaned and we assure our guests a clean and up to date place to enjpoy Wild Dunes/Charleston.
Some of the main amenities are as follows:
* Master bedroom on the first floor with pillow top king-size bed and day bed with trundle, master bath has a tub and separate shower.
* Two bedrooms up stairs with a Select Comfort Sleep Number queen-size bed in the front bedroom with TV and VCR and two single beds in the other bedroom with TV and VCR/DVD with a small observation deck overlooking the golf course. Full bath has oversized tub/shower combination.
* Full kitchen (completly equipped) and dining area seats eight. Dining table also on back screened porch overlooking golf course.
* Front porch with rocking chairs and an outside fresh water shower.
* Sorry, Wild Dunes does not allow guest dogs for stays less than 30days. No Smoking, please.

We stayed for a week in June and did not want to leave! The owners responded to our questions/inquiries very quickly and even provided us with detailed information about the area prior to arriving which was very helpful. This house is absolutely adorable which you notice as soon as you pull in the driveway. The interior is nicely furnished and VERY clean! The owners do a great job of making you feel right at home with special touches throughout the house. We loved sitting out on the front porch as well as on the back deck. It was a very quiet neighborhood with close/easy access to the pool and beach. 'Our Cute Little Beach House' was the perfect place for our family to stay where both adults and kids enjoyed our time here. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
