The Villa sits 25 metres (80 feet) above the tranquil blue Caribbean sea. It is roughly 150 metres from the ocean, but because of the elevation difference the view is amazing. The only thing between you and the ocean is an area of conservation land. Built in the style of a traditional Dutch Caribbean "Landhuis", the villa is beautifully designed with a very easy and efficient layout - and no stairs!!
