  The condo I rented from Memmon and Susan was truly a gem and described accurately in the websight. The view was amazing and I spent many an evening looking out at the landscape and water of Zihua Bay. All the people I met at the Condo Complex both visitors and residents were very nice and very helpful with questions about the area, restaurants, etc. The two pools were amazing as was the view from them both. Staff at the condo were excellent, spoke good English and very helpful as well, if you want a relaxing, stress free holiday this is the place to go!! It truly is paradise!!

  My husband and I stayed in this property in January and LOVED IT. Beautifully appointed, furnished, maintained and easy walk to La Ropa beach - always felt secure and welcome by the staff. Would definitely stay there again and hope to do so in the near future. Dorothea and Larry Sanders

  The condo is beautiful. The Kitchen is quite well equipped and there is a large dining table. Both the living room with large sofa and new outdoor patio are lovely to sit in and enjoy the spectacular view. The king size beds are very comfortable and the overhead fan provides enough ventilation for sleeping comfortably. The showers and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this property as well as the area of Zihuatanejo.

  My wife, adult daughter and I spent 8 very pleasant days at Casa Contenta over Christmas and New Years 2010 and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was large, well furnished and very clean and the Casa Que Ve staff were helpful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool (perhaps the best poolside view ever) and spent more time there than we had anticipated. The information we received from the owner, Memmon, before we arrived was very helpful. A big plus for us was having WIFI access in the condo as the occupants of some other units were required to go to the hot spot by the pool to access the Internet. And we appreciated having a washer and dryer. The walk back from Playa la Ropa requires navigating a hill and a long flight of stairs to reach the building (see photo on the website) where there is an elevator to take you to the 4th floor. But the views from Casa Que Ve make the climb well worthwhile and for those who don’t like hills and stairs, the taxis are cheap and plentiful.

  We had a great experience. It started with Memmon making the reservation process easy. He answered all of my questions, responded quickly, and he was accomodating. The payment arrangements was easy through the Big Bridge system. We also received helpful information regarding our stay from Memmon prior to us going to Zihua. Once we arrived to the condo, everything was so easy. We checked in within minutes unlike checking into a hotel. The hotel was as described on the website. It was clean and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised that we received a big gallon of water which was nice to have considering the weather and need to hydrate after our travel. I would highly recommend others to stay at this condo. It is a great place at a reasonable price. I also received my security deposit in less than two weeks after our departure.

  Memmon & Susan we loved our stay in your condo this past January, beautiful views. The master bedroom was so comfortable and we slept well, loved all the storage and extra hangers. The morning shower with the windows open was a great way to start the day, very private. The kitchen was great and had everything one would need to cook a great meal, I had great intentions of cooking but never did, but we did use the bottle and wine openers! Memmon I loved all your advice and have been craving Letty's coconut shrimp since we returned home. Also missing breakfast at Patty's, love having breakfast with my feet in the sand. You have a great property.

  Words do NOT describe the wonderful help that Memmon and Susan provided prior to our reservation at their quiet, relaxing, well-equipped hideaway above La Ropa Beach. Our stay at Casa Contenta from May 27 through May 30, 2009, was MORE than we could have wished for -- and the reason we are now hoping for a return visit next year. We loved the beaches, the food (especially at Paty Miramar - an easy downhill walk from the condo - and FRESH whole red snapper at Los Adobes), the laid-back local fishing community of Zihuatanejo (including watching evening basketball games on Fisherman's Walk), the shopping...even the oh-so-easy-to-catch omnipresent taxis that squired us several times a day back to the condo for some rest and lazing in the infinity pools. THANK YOU, MEMMON AND SUSAN!!!

  My best friend and I stayed at Casa Contenta from 1/7 - 1/10, 2009. I can't begin to describe how fantastic the experience was. Susan and Memmon were incredibly helpful, emailing us tips and advice in advance, helping with restaurant selection and places to see. The condo is very private, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to eat in. The view is stunning and the pools are breathtaking. The town of Zihauantejo is beautiful, colorful, charming, and tropical. We ate dinner at Il Mare, Elvira's on La Ropa, and El Meditereaneo in downtown Zihau. Service was fantastic, food was great and reasonably priced. We spent a week in paradise and can't wait to return. Amy & Brandon Tucson, AZ

  My family stayed at Memmon's and Susan's condo from December 20-27, 2008. We had a great time enjoying the amazing view from the condo, the great beach at walking distance and the relaxed life style and kind people this City offers. The complex is in immaculate shape and the workers there are very friendly. We celebrated my son’s 23rd birthday on Christmas day by having dinner at Villa de la Selva in Ixtapa, which has a great view, delicious food and very good wine. We had dinner at the fat mermaid, Mariner’s (main square) and we highly recommend them. We tried La Gula on Christmas Eve and although the food was Ok we thought that it was too pricey. In summary, our experience was unforgettable. Also, Memmon’s advice and tips were very helpful. We will definitely be back. Michel’s, Austin, Texas

  We just got back from a week's trip to Zihua and this condo is fantastic. It has everything that you could possibly need and the view's are unbelievable! A must is to take the water taxi to Las Gatas for the day (or two!). We ate at different restaurants each day/night and always had an excellent meal. I would advise taking a taxi back to the condo each time as the stair's/road is very steep. It is only $3 from anywhere in the area. We plan to use this condo many times in the near future.
