If you have impeccable taste, then you will love renting this unit! It is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has been professionally decorated West Indies style.
You enter this magnificent GULF FRONT condominium with a welcoming brand new Travertine Stone Floor that has been placed throughout. The front door/foyer area opens with a nicely spaced laundry room just off to the left that contains a full-sized washer and dryer. Just off the hallway to the right is the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. This bedroom has white wicker furniture and is decorated in bright green, yellow and red décor. This bedroom also has it's own private television with cable connection. Custom black-out drapes frame the extra tall window and provide the utmost privacy and sun-free sleep in mornings. The bathroom is decorated in a subtle sage green décor.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET IS ALSO PROVIDED/AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE.
The kitchen is beautifully done with pickled cabinets, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range with oven, microwave vent hood and disposal. The dining room and living room combo is nicely appointed with a granite bar and two bamboo barstools. The dining table is nicely appointed with great leather and bamboo dining table and chairs. The tabletop is nice beveled 1/2 inch glass.
The living room has great seating with three chairs, with one having an ottoman, and a queen sleeper sofa couch. The living room also boasts a beautiful chest coffee table, two end tables, television armoire and assorted artwork, lamps and mirrors. The living room is completed with custom Sunbrella drapes.
The master bedroom is just off the living room and is decorated in taupe, greens and mauves, all great decorator colors. The king sized bed, two end tables and television armoire fit comfortably in the spacious gulf front bedroom, which has a sliding door to walk-out to the balcony. There are also custom black-out drapes. The master bathroom is light, bright and nicely appointed with accessories and art work.

The beautiful view from the extra large balcony is why I purchased this unit. It has the most sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and pristine white sandy beaches. The amenities of this building are some of the best in any of the condominiums along the Alabama coast. The convenient location is also an added plus!
