If you have impeccable taste, then you will love renting this unit! It is a DIRECT OCEAN VIEW condominium that is spacious with 1,100 +/- square feet overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has been professionally decorated West Indies style. This is a luxury unit that has 10 foot ceilings and 9 foot thresholds/doors for all rooms. The spacious balcony extends 24 feet wide and over 8 feet deep and even deeper in some areas as it forms a semi-circle shape overlooking the beach/gulf. You will not find a finer balcony unless you rent a penthouse and pay thousands more.
You enter this magnificent GULF FRONT condominium with a welcoming brand new Travertine Stone Floor that has been placed throughout. The front door/foyer area opens with a nicely spaced laundry room just off to the left that contains a full-sized washer and dryer. Just off the hallway to the right is the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. This bedroom has white wicker furniture and is decorated in bright green, yellow and red décor. This bedroom also has it's own private television with cable connection. Custom black-out drapes frame the extra tall window and provide the utmost privacy and sun-free sleep in mornings. The bathroom is decorated in a subtle sage green décor.

The kitchen is beautifully done with pickled cabinets, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range with oven, microwave vent hood and disposal. The dining room and living room combo is nicely appointed with a granite bar and two wooden barstools. The dining table is a nice black wooden table with six chairs.
The living room has great seating with three chairs, with one having an ottoman, and a queen sleeper sofa couch. The living room also boasts a beautiful chest coffee table, two end tables, television armoire and assorted artwork, lamps and mirrors. The living room is completed with custom Sunbrella drapes.
The master bedroom is just off the living room and is decorated in taupe, greens and mauves, all great decorator colors. The king sized bed, two end tables and television armoire fit comfortably in the spacious gulf front bedroom, which has a sliding door to walk-out to the balcony. There are also custom black-out drapes. The master bathroom is light, bright and nicely appointed with accessories and art work.
The building amenities are impeccable at this complex. You have custom painted elevator entry, beautiful stainless steel elevator doors, heated pool both indoor and outside that has a swim-thru, two hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor), weight room, sauna, steam room, his/her bathrooms beside the amenities, library, and recreation room for cards/board games.

The beautiful view from the extra large balcony is why I purchased this unit. It has the most sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and pristine white sandy beaches. The amenities of this building are some of the best in any of the condominiums along the Alabama coast. The convenient location is also an added plus!

My family and I stayed in this unit October 2011. We all loved it. These pictures and descriptions doesn't do it justice. The office is next door with a room with books to borrow, extra restrooms, excercise room, sauna, etc. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to everything. Gulf Shores is a wonderful vacation spot. Not too congested, but with everything you could want.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Had a awesome time at your beautiful beach getaway. Everything was in excellent working condition. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was awesome to view every morning. No sign of oil at the beach during our stay. The unit was very clean, well stock and organized. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated unit.

We loved it. It was our aniversy and husband's birthday, the condo was perfect spot on beach and very clean,comfortable. Sit on balcony and watched sun rise, dolphins swim. Was great, hope to go back. fyi (need to have front left eye on stove fixed.) not enough of problem to worry about.Thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo and thanks for the great price.

We loved celebrating our anniversary and daughter's birthday at your place! It was so very conveniently located, just a stone's throw from just about everything we wanted to do. The beaches were beautiful. The pool was shaded, which was absolutely perfect for us. Our kids could play there all day without sunscreen. The condo was beautifully decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. The covered parking was such a blessing during those very brief afternoon storms. I would recommend (and have recommended) your place to anyone looking for a great family time at the beach! Thanks again!!!

This unit has a better decor than most units I've seen and rented. We really enjoyed the balcony, pool and hot tub on the colder day there. Tommy is pleasant to deal with and I've recommended this unit to my friends.

The Island Royale is a very nice complex and condo #304 is very pleasant. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Furniture/bedding is very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again if back in the area!! Thanks for sharing your condo!!
