The large living room has full glass front for maximum water views and a floor to ceiling propane fireplace. The custom designed kitchen, with island and Kitchen Aid stainless appliances will impress even gourmet cooks! Main floor bathroom and laundry and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with bunk beds.
Upper level features master bedroom with king-size bed and a full bath with whirlpool tub and glass shower with body jets. Master bedroom also adjoins loft sitting area with private second floor deck. Perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or enjoying spectacular sunsets and a cool drink.
A fully developed lower level offers a fourth bedroom with queen bed, full bath with therapeutic tub, and family room with pullout beds for additional sleeping. The family room also has a large screen satellite TV and air hockey.
