This three story cabin has a full finished basement which holds two large bedrooms, a full size bathroom, a sitting area for reading etc..a quiet area and ,then a play room with pool table for the fun times . Plenty of room to roam in this cabin and then the views are to die for. Simply spectacular-we are sure that when you visit you will want to stayyyyy! 'THE VIEW' is simply breathtaking, just sit and capture the sunset from the extended porch area where you can BAR-B-Q, play, or just relax. The main level has master bedroom with a king-size bed and large t.v., full bathroom and large living dining areas that have the wall of windows throughout do not miss a moment of the long range views ! Two more bedrooms upstairs with double beds and full bathroom , for the kids or the extra company. So much to enjoy within the cabin that sometimes going out is not an option. Adjacent to beautiful Carters Lake, just 20 minutes from Ellijay, Georgia. Carters Lake is the deepest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river, is just across the street from Talking Rock Creek Properties and provides all sorts of lake fun such as fishing, hiking, swimming, camping, boating, picnic areas and more. Be sure to visit the impressive Corps of Engineers Dam.
Talking Rock Creek Properties is a gated mountain resort in a secluded and peaceful mountain retreat near the south shores of Carters Lake very few homes in the development so enjoy the tranquility. - Carter’s Lake is at one of the entrances where you can rent a boat, picnic area through out. Trout lodge in the development with river access for all to spend the day. Basketball, tennis, chapel, and swimming in the immediate area for the whole family. So much to do and so little time!

We are a family of 7 and our children simply love this cabin. They can spend the day just playong pool, playing board games and spending the family time that is so much needed. They love this cabin and the wonderful views that come with it. They are simply breathtaking views and once you come and visit you will know why we miss it so much when we are not there. Come and enjoy this cabin and all the surroundings, come and see a deer in your backyard and the wild turkeys, you will love it !!
Why the Owner Chose Carters Lake
This area is called Talking Rock and is right next to the Carter's Lake entrance. We have swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and so much more. There is a great river area for fishing, bring your suppies and there are lakes inside the resort with picnic tables to enjoy the whole day. This is a resort but definitely has all the nature and moutains with it. Our cabin sits on almost 2 acres and you are truly with the outstanding moutain views here. Within the area as you drive the views are spectacular and you will definitley want to return. Enjoy the mountains and still give your family things to do within the area. Everyone will enjoy, sometimes I just want to sit and watch the views from the cabin and cook all day, the kitchen is wonderful and there is indoor dining and outdoor dining for all the relax. This cabin has all the comforts and we are sure you will be happy with this one. Thanks.

There are som many good things when you visit the area. Our cabin is totally decorated for those that love the mountains but cannot be there all the time. We love to decorate and we think you will love every corner of this cabin. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all the comforts of home and we made sure that it is full of all the comforts of home. The area is spectacular as you drive in and you will simply be in love with the area before you leave. There is a kiddie park, tennis courts, basketball courts, river, lake, swimming pools and so much more. But you are definitely in the moountains. Our cabin is easy access for parking for though of it all before we built it to our taste. We hope you enjoy it !!!
