Living in the Bay Area, traveling to Hawaii has been our family tradition for years. I absolutely love the warm and calming air of Hawaii and love the space of the Big Island. Our 3 children have fond memories of their travels to Hawaii and love running around on the golf course. We are both in the Real Estate business in the Bay Area and we so thrilled when we saw our unit being built from the ground up. We put our deposit down when there was just a pile of lava. When we came back a few months later we were in awe over our location as we were the only building directly on the course! We picked the Palm Villas for the location (Spa and Shops) and we ended up with a view too! We're sure you will enjoy it too!

Mauna Lani is a beautiful resort on the Kohala Coast. We stayed at this Palm Villas condo in the spring, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo is very nice and equipped with everything you need for cooking, etc. The view of the golf course is wonderful. The pool area is really nice surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The fitness area overlooks the pool and is great for morning workouts. There are many beaches nearby, and having access to the private beach was excellent! We would definately like to return to this condo for vacation.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved our stay at the Palm Villas. It is a great location with a nice pool and walk to the beach. Our kids loved the waterfall in the pool and playing in the hot tub. The condo is very comfortable, clean, a great size for a family and a perfect location. We BBQed on the deck and watch the golfers often. We visited so many beautiful beaches on the Big Island and I highly recommend the snorkeling trip on the Fairwinds boat. If you are looking for a super beautiful and relaxing family vacation, this is it!

Our second visit to the Palm Villas and it was excellent. It was like coming home. We can't wait to book our trip for next year. We keep discovering new things like the black sand beach that is a 5 minute drive from the condo. The condo was very clean and is equipped with everything. Palm Villas is in the perfect location to walk the serene and historic Mauna Lani grounds. Darcy's spacious condo has every amenity to make for a very comfortable stay.. the black pebbled flooring of the over-sized walk-in shower in the master bedroom is fit for a king ... we are already dreaming of our next visit to the Big Island and Palm Villas A-22

We had a wonderful time. The condo came equipped with everything. The gas bbq on the lanai was most convenient. The beds in the condo were super comfortable. Our kids loved the swimming pool. The use of the beach club was amazing and had absolutely fantastic snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and the color of the corals was stunning. Darci was a pleasure to deal with and most accommodating. We will definitely return again.

Our family of five stayed here for a week during spring break. This unit was well appointed with most everything we could think of, lots of things for the beach, and lots of room for us to live in and not get in each others way. We stayed here with my mother, daughter and grandchild. It was a fabulous place to have this type of vacation. The grounds are wonderful. Walking to the beaches is very easy. My 8 year old grandchild loved the pool which is 30 seconds away. The market that is close by has magnificent food. We all want to go back!

We had a terrific stay during our annual family winter vacation. This condo is very family friendly with ample space for everyone. The fabulous kitchen made eating in easy and fun. We enjoyed most of our meals on the balcony overlooking the golf course. Watching the sunrise with a great cup of coffee was particularly nice. We highly recommend this unit. This is our second year in Palm Villas during the Honu Ironman 70.3. Its a great location and we loved this three bedroom unit. lots of space and terrific layout. Biggest downside it is that it looks out over the run course and I was really tempted to divert off course and bail on the beastly run and instead sit inside this lovely condo!
