If you are looking for a great place to spend your next vacation at a 5-star beachfront resort while paying a reasonable rate, then welcome to Puerto Penasco's Las Palomas Seaside Golf Resort!
In search of things to do--Play 18 holes of championship golf at the Las Palomas Golf Course by the Sea, (there is even a 19th hole to challenge anyone should there need to be a play-off round), swim up to the poolside bar and enjoy a fruity cocktail or eat lunch while sitting in the pool, utilize the wait staff while on the beach or poolside, sit under the palapas while on the beach, enjoy the view from our patio deck on the sixth floor displaying Rocky Point in the distance (spectacular view of the lights at night!), satisfy your taste buds with an elegant dinner at the La Maria Restaurant on premises, use the Bell Captain Services, go fishing, watch a beautiful sunset, shop and barter for treasures at the local markets, walk the beach looking for seashells or sea creatures in the tide pools, relax, reconnect with your spouse and the kids,(this condo is kid-friendly with games etc.), or (my favorite)--do nothing!
Within this phase of completed construction, there are such amenities as seven different pools (including a lazy river, negative-edge pool, toddler pool, and water slide), a covered hammock area for many to relax and maybe read a book, convenience store, swim up bar, two restaurants and all the services you would expect from a first class resort. The Las palomas Seaside Golf Community also includes gated security, underground parking, high speed internet/cable TV. Beach towels and lounge chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Check in at the front desk to have room service provided. Golfers can reserve a tee time up to five days in advance at the ONLY 18 hole Forest Richardson designed Links golf course in the area.
Your next vacation could be spent in our condo in the Cristal building. Check out our web site (we'll give it to you later) of our condo which is Cristal building 604. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed (the mattresses were purchased new from Four Seasons Resort). The second bedroom features a queen bed and adjoining bathroom/shower. There is also a comfortable, pull-out queen-size sleeper leather sofa in the family room.
The bathrooms include travertine marble finishes and upgraded fixtures, and the kitchen includes a granite countertop and all the latest appliances (including of course a blender!). There is even a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Furnishings were done in an effort to make everything comfortable and luxurious. Our color scheme gives you a feeling of Mexico with the faux paint throughout and some added artistic touches of brick-work (you would have to see this to believe it). Booking through this web site gives you a sizable discount from the normal Las Palomas room rates!
This entitles your kids to be entertained in the KIDS Club which a completely supervised Club that gets your kids involved with other kids at the resort doing all types of fun things at no additional charge to you. If your kids are like mine, they don't want to leave the KIDS Club.
As a paying guest of the resort you will receive the following services...
daily maid service,
ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants,
24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Also, with the frequent power surges in Puerto Penasco, some units experience temorary problems with the A/C, thus the resort will be able to move you to another suite if this happens or if any other problem occurs in the suite that requires you to move.
Also, all units that are managed by Las Palomas have to meet strict furnishings guidelines in order to rent their suites out.

If you rent directly from an owner as a "guest of owner" and not as a "paying guest" you may be subject to a $25 per stay charge and a $5 per person per day charge. In addition to the checkout cleaning fee you are paying the owner.
When requesting info on a suite, make sure to find out if the suite is managed by Las Palomas and make sure to only book with an owner as a "paying guest" of the resort. As a paying guest of the resort you will receive all hotel services and avoid paying any cleaning fee's or nightly fee's as mentioned above. Plus with all the additional fee's of not renting as a "paying guest" of the resort you are actually not saving much money, if any at all!
As owners we welcome you to the most beautiful resort in all of Puerto Penasco! The only resort with hotel services including the recently added kids club (available to registered resort guests only).

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)
Once we came to Rocky Point to see what was going on we couldn't resist the beauty, proximity, and security of this little town. The adventure never stops when we go there to enjoy fresh seafood, fishing, atv's, jet sking, dining out, and much more. It's still growing with many things yet to come such as cruise ships coming in the year 2012.

Guarded entrance with security throughout will make you feel comfortable in a foreign land. Several different water features, work out facilities, excellent dining facilities are all within the interior of this resort. Maid services, secure parking, bell boy and concierge services help your stay to be more convenient than most locations in Rocky Point.
Located in the Mexican state of Sonora in the northern part on the beach with world famous shrimp being caught whenever the season allows.

Since I was 16, I've been drawn to Mexico and the Mexican beaches. (I even married my wife Rosa, a mexican citizen in Mexico) Rosa was born and raised in Mexico and I've been going there since 1964. (yes I'm old, but enjoying life!) I work for a food distributor in the Phoenix metropolitan area and get away to our little hideaway whenever possible.

Relaxation is what I hope to achieve with every person renting our condo. Keep in mind that this is Mexico and sometimes things operate at a different pace in this country than in the States.
