Just a few very minor items the women picked up on. There was not a broom to sweep the kitchen. (we bought one and left it in the closet in the kitchen) The toaster does not work. The washer and dryer a situated backwards for ease of working. I told you they were minor and something i probably would have never figured out. We had a great time and would not hesitate to rent your unit again. I was very surprised at the size of rooms. I really did not think that there would have been that much room in those facilitys. It was very comfortable and my choose for best room in the house would be the back deck. We spent more time out there than anywhere in the house. It is beautiful back there with the water way and the landscaping. We also rented the unit at 495 and we used your unit as kind of home base and had absolutley no problems having all of us under your roof.

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

Captains Cove Villa - GREAT LOCATION!

The location, size of bedrooms and comfort was EXCELLENT. Living room was comfortable, deck furniture was very adequate and comfortable and the beds were great. However, we found the townhouse dirty and in need of painting and repairs. I would rent it again if I were assured of it being cleaner and spruced up. You can't ask for a better location! We love being on the lagoon and right across from the beach and pool!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

The Best Value in Palmetto Dunes

My family has been vacationing on HHI for 10+ years and luckily disocvered this jewel several years ago. Without a doubt, this is the best possible location if you have multiple interests - beach, biking and canoeing or kyacking. My children and granchildren love it and look forward to returning each year. The townhouse is spacious and well appointed, the beach is right across the street, the bike path is right out front and there is a dock on the lagoon out back. What more could you ask for? We plan to return to this wonderful property for many years.

The Best Location on HHI

This property is a great value and might just be the absolute best location on HHI. The townhouse is comfortable, spacious and convenient to all activities. The beach and a huge pool are across the street, a lagoon for fishing, canoeing and kayaking is only steps from the back deck and a bike path is accessible right out front. Three golf courses and free tennis in Palmetto Dunes provide additional recreational activities. We rented several properties in Palmetto Dunes before we found this one and now my family doesn't want to go anywhere else. We've had a family vacation here for several years and already have a reservation for 2011. Try it and I bet you'll love it.

this was a great place to stay. palmetto dunes is my favorite place in hilton head and this condo was very convenient to beach and pool. this unit was very tastefully decorated, very clean and spacious. since it was pet friendly we were all able to enjoy the beach together.

Thank you very much for allowing us to rent the villa for the week. It is a lovely villa, and we enjoyed our vacation very much!
