Why the Owner Chose Eastham: I have vacationed on the Cape all my life. Eastham is the closest to the old Cape feel we could find, close to both the bayside and Oceanside beaches with the choice of freshwater ponds too to float on an inner tube. Salt air, peace and quiet, yet close to night life and shopping. This is our little piece of the Cape, a haven to re-charge and we keep it not as a business, but a home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage: This cottage is unique as it is set away from all the others in the complex, with complete privacy and plenty of space between neighbors. The cottage is on a sand 'U' shaped road with a large grassy area across from the cottage. Safe for children and reminiscent of Olde Cape Cod. The back yard is completely private, great place to read or barbeque.
