This is a beautiful home with 100' of lake front property on a deep water cove right off the main channel on Lake Hamilton. The entire back of the house is all extra large windows and 2 sliding glass doors so you always have a great view of the lake. The views from the nicely appointed decks are fantastic. There is a covered boat dock and a swimming platform along with ample parking for your cars and boat trailer.
The home is open and airy and boast 10 foot ceilings and arched doorways. There are two separate living areas. Each area has a comfortable recliner, tables, lamps, entertainment center, TV with Direct TV and a DVD player, etc. Each one is equipped with a queen size sofa bed as well. What we call the 'main' living area (because we gather there the most) has all windows overlooking the lake and the dining room has all glass on one wall that is lake view too.
There is also two dining areas as well as a bar in the kitchen. There is a table that seats 6 to 8 and a bar height table that seats 4. The bar in the kitchen seats 3. The kitchen has a great sky light and is all white with a huge window over looking the lake. Couple all that with high ceilings, no wonder it's always so bright and light and open and airy! The kitchen is completely outfitted to cook and serve full meals.
The master bedroom is very comfortable. It has a queen size bed with a really comfortable mattress and very soft sheets. the room is furnished with two nightstands each with a lamp and there is also a dresser and an alarm clock. The room also has a TV with Direct TV. The room also has a 1/2 bathroom. We wanted this room to be as comfortable as our bedroom at home and it is, I don't think you will be disappointed.
The second bedroom is furnished with matching twin beds with one nightstand in between and on top of that is a twin lamp (of course!). There is an alarm clock and dresser as well. The room also has a TV with Direct TV. The closet is roomy. The mattresses and sheets are comfy. Our boys like the room a lot. We picked these items out with care. They are of the same quality as the master bedroom.
The bathroom is fairly roomy. It has a standard shower/tub combo except the tub has Jacuzzi jets! Ahhhhhhhhh after a day on the lake or sight-seeing! There is lots of drawer and counter space. Lots of towels racks have been provided. Towels are provided as well.
The area and this home is peaceful and beautiful and just the perfect vacation spot! This is a perfect place to relax - no phone, no headaches, nothing but fun and pleasure. We have worked hard to make our vacation home comfortable, relaxing - a real getaway! We love our home and think you will as well. Boat, fish, ski, relax at this charming Lake Hamilton home.

- Refrigerator : The side-by-side refrigerator has an icemaker, as well as ice and water on the door.
- Dishwasher : The dishwasher is a standard dishwasher with things like normal and pots/pans settings. It is very quiet.

- Charcoal BBQ Grill : A charcoal grill is available on the concrete patio. A silver can is beside it that may have new charcoal in it that your welcome to use or add to. Please only grill on the concrete patio not on any of the wood decks.
- Deck/Patio : There is a concrete patio beside the house with a grill and small table and several wood decks leading to the lake.
- Balcony : The balcony runs the length of the house in the back and the lake views are fantastic! There is a large dining table, a conversation area and a couple of loungers. The balcony can be accessed from the dining room and the main living area.

- Lakefront : We are right on the lake! The home is on a deep water cove, the fishing is great! The cove is right off the main channel. A marina is right around the corner. The swimming from the swim platform is wonderful. We are so close to the water we stand up on the balcony and throw food down to the fish! The area is quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hot Springs Lake House. The house is very nice - we loved the large windows and big deck facing the water. The kitchen was well equiped to handle everything we needed to fix meals for the family group. We hope to make it back!

Stayed in this home for Christmas 2009 to be closer to the rest of my family. All twenty something of us gathered here for Christmas dinner and snow had fallen the evening before. The owners had a decorated and lighted Christmas tree in the main living area. Will definitely be back.

We rented this house for a week during summer 09'. It was such an amazing relaxing vacation! The house was super nice & clean & the owners were very friendly & easy to work with. We gave our kids the choice for our next vacation: a cruise, another Disney world trip, or coming back to this lakehouse, They chose this house! My 12 year old said it was so much fun & relaxing instead of busy like Disneyworld. I loved that we could bring our dogs with us too. The Beavers under the dock were so much fun to watch too. Can't wait to come back!

As I searched for property for my husband and I to use for a vacation, one priority was to be able to take our dogs with us. The homeowners provided immediate response and we booked the property hoping it was as beautiful as they described it. Upon arriving, the home was set in a wonderful neighborhood and gave us a beautiful scenery with the lake behind it. As we opened the door, the entrance gave us a preview of a home that was more than we expected. The home was roomy, up-to-date, clean, stylish and VERY comfortable. The owners even provided a wonderful gift basket in the bathroom for us. We were surprised at the half bath provided in the master bedroom. We saw that it would be a great getaway for our friends to join us on another trip. We enjoyed the beautiful wall of windows overlooking the lake. The deck was a wonderful place for us to enjoy breakfast. The first day rained, but it was exactly what we needed- an excuse to stay indoors and read. We opened the doors and windows and enjoyed the cool breeze and it was like breathing for the first time all year. We had a picnic lunch on the boat dock with our dogs, where we could have used the diving board into the water had we desired. Upon arriving, we found many brochures and suggestions for activities and restaurants. We ate Italian food at Angel's, Latino food at Rolando's and French cuisine at the Porterhouse. All three restaurants provided delicious food and great, friendly service. We easily found our way around and purchased grocercies from a local Kroger's store, that was quite clean and again, provided excellent service. We took a few backroads back to the lake house and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Now that we are back to full time jobs and busy lives, we stop now and again to look at the pictures and to remind ourselves to once again, breath. Thank you Richard and Kathy for opening your home to us and allowing us to remember that we deserve to be enjoy ourselves and to help us celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary.

We absolutely had a GREAT time, and LOVED the house! It was decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed to make us feel at home! Everything in this house is TOP Quality- from the kitchen pots and pans- to the washing machine and dryer! I would highly recommend this house!

The lake house was wonderful. We loved the porch that overlooked the lake. The dock with the diving board was a great hit with the kids. Breakfast on the porch was so peaceful. The boat dock was convenient for our rented boat. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely think of renting it again. Thanks.
