This Platinum Rated one-bedroom condo has a unique floor plan as the master bedroom and living room both face the gulf and beach and have sliding doors to the spacious balcony. Enjoy your happy hour and watch the spectacular sunset from the comfort of your own balcony. Count the dolphins as they swim and play in the gulf. The bunk room with a lower full size bunk and twin upper bunk can sleep three people. A family of five might not need to open the sofa bed. Pamper yourself in the huge master bathroom with a jetted garden tub, shower stall and separate commode room. Both bathrooms have built-in hair driers.

Prepare your gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen. This condo gives one the feeling of spaciousness because the decorating is light and the ceilings are nine feet high. Cable TVs, DVDs/VCRs are in the living room, master bedroom and bunk room. DSL is in the living room and a surface is provided for your laptop computer.
There are plenty of extra robe hooks and towel bars in both bathrooms and bedrooms. There is even a crescent shower rod in the guest bath to give you a little more room as you shower. This condo is designed for your comfort. Truly, this one-bedroom condo feels like a two-bedroom unit.
There are no streets to cross because the parking is in the garage under the building. The pools are large and the bigger one is heated year-round. Relax and get rid of those aches and pains in the hot tubs. The children will enjoy the splash mushroom and fountains on the pool deck. If you like to exercise, you will love the fitness room. On-site check-in is simple at the front desk with friendly receptionists. Pick free DVDs to watch. Complementary umbrella and loungers are available on the beach, in season. The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We chose Sunrise Beach because hit has the garage in the building, its proximitry to Pier Park, large beach, and beautiful sunsets. The one bedroom floorplan is unique because it feels like a two bedroom unit and sleeps seven.

We are Woody and Carol Rossbach.
Have been owners since April, 2005 but committed to buying pre-construction in 2002. It was a wonderful experience watching the building construction.
Furnishing and decorating was a challange as we tried to keep it bright an cheerful withour using overbearing furniture. We tried to make it comfortable to use by adding hooks and towelbars for those damp beach towels and clothes.
Since we live in Destin, FL, we come and stay in our condo occasionally as a get-away.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
