The facade of our Eastlake Stick Victorian on a lovely tree-lined street - San Francisco Lodging Spacious, light-filled 1891 Eastlake Stick Victorian located on tree-lined Fair Oaks Street with other lovingly maintained Victorians, bordering San Francisco's vibrant Noe Valley and Mission district neighborhoods. This lovely two-story home has a well-designed floor plan with a formal living and dining room, spacious kitchen, and sunroom on the first floor; all four bedrooms and a bathroom (that includes a claw foot tub and separate shower stall), are located upstairs. Period architectural details provide a window into the past, but the central location, in one of San Francisco's sunniest neighborhoods, provides an excellent base for exploring San Francisco. The house is within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, and restaurants lining the Valencia and 24th Street corridors. The home is also conveniently located for those planning to use public transportation for exploring San Francisco; the 24th Street BART station is a 10 minute walk, and MUNI's J Church trolley is a five minute walk.
