You may want to eat all your meals outdoors on the deck while you are fishing, reading a good book, sunbathing or just admiring the views. You will love the sights and sounds of hundreds of feet of a flowing trout stream surrounding the cottage.
Landscaped with over 30 evergreen trees that stand over 40 feet tall. There are no other houses in sight as you watch the sun set over the open view in the backyard. The village of Andes, NY is only 2 miles away and is packed with specialty shops, museums, galleries, antique dealers, restaurants, live music, comedy shows and a convenience store. A community swimming pool is open all summer and offers free swimming lessons.
A built in sound system lets you listen to music throughout the house including out door speakers. This country cottage has all the luxuries of easy living but will take you back to a simpler time with its unique setting, wood floors, fire place and rustic decor.
Located only one hour and fifteen minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, 40 minutes from Woodstock and 20 minutes from Belleayre Mountain Ski Lodge. New York City is a 2.5 hours from from Andes, NY.
