  This is our 5th or 6th time down to Cheasapeake Cove during the running of the rebel at Oaklawn. Such a clean and relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away and have lots of room for family. My family and i come down with a few other friends and we all pitch in for the rent! You cant go any place else for the price and have this much room and privacy. Jeff has always treated us right and gone out of his way to take care of us! Next year is already booked and will continue to stay here, wonderful place..............

  My husband and I have been coming to Hot Springs for his birthday since the early 1990's... lately our group has grown... 2 years ago we rented this house.... this year, we rented the two 4 bedroom homes that are side by side. What a wonderful time! Both homes were extremely well maintained. and very very clean! We spent 2 days at the horse races and back to the houses to enjoy the night. We grilled one night and there was plenty of room to enjoy dinner together. The weather was beautiful and with the large patios and tables, we were able to spend time enjoying the view. I would recommend these homes... they are very clean and comfortable. The owner is great to work with and meets you at the home to go over any questions you may have. We celebrated 2 birthdays with a total of 16 people and had more than enough space. We'll certainly rent again!

  The accomodations were excellent! We comfortably slept 10 adults in the house. Jeff was excellent and extremely fair to work with as well! We will be back :-)

  We had a wonderful 3 day vacation. I made reservation with the owner Jeff, a Very nice Christian Man. We talked so much that I found out that he has a daughter and grandbabies that lives in Texas, just minutes from where me and my husband lives. Anyway, when we arrived at the condos/homes, the Owners wife Marilee met us at the property. She was so nice; she gave us a tour of the homes/condos and was very helpful in giving us recommendations on restaurants for Dinner. There were a couple of pieces of furniture in the houses/condos that we really admired, Marilee, hooked us up on where they got it from (TJMAX), and Guess what? When I made it home, I went straight to TJ MAX and was able to purchase some nice things for our home. Thanks Marilee!!!!!. Back to the condo/houses, these homes/condos were GORGEOUS, and so beautifully decorated, very up to date and very very CLEAN. We had a great time at the house/condos with our Marriage Enrichment (ME) group consisting of 6 married couples, the 12 of us and we had a BLAST, loved the balconies on these homes, overlooking the lake. The races where going on, we were just minutes from Downtown Hot Springs and Bath House Row, Fisherman’s Warf as well as other nice restaurants, the Mall, TJ Max and of course lets us not forget Wal-Mart. We had a such a great time, that we plan on going back in July to enjoy Hot springs in the Summer time. Thank you Mr. Jeff for your warm hospitality, we will see you again soon.

  We had a wonderful 5 day vacation. The owner met us at the property and gave us a tour and was helpful with information about Hot Springs and things to do around town. The property was so wonderful and relaxing. It is located just minutes from Downtown Hot Springs and Bath House Row. We spent time each day on the beautiful decks of this home. There is enough space inside to all sit and talk together in the livingroom and at the kitchen table. We are already discussing a return trip to this property!

  We had a great time at this lake house with friends consisting of 4 couples and 6 children- we had a blast and we could've fit many, many more! It was a wonderful and very memorable time!

  We had a great time in this wonderful house. We easily fit with a bed to spare... we had 5 adults and 6 young kids! The cove right behind the house is GREAT for swimming, and there was plenty of room to park a boat. The house was so nice, and put any fears we had about using VRBO quickly at ease as soon as we got in. We showed up later than expected and Jeff was great to make arrangements to make things easy on us. We had an awesome time.. HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone looking to visit this beautiful lake. Great time! Thanks Jeff!

  We stayed at this house for a weekend in June 2012. This is a gorgeous home with well appointed rooms on every level. The teenagers enjoyed the privacy on the lower level. It allowed them to have their own "space". The entire house is gorgeous and so beautifully decorated, very modern. Everything in the kitchen is well stocked. Jeff was very easy to talk to, and he gave excellent recommendations on things to see and do while in Hot Springs. Hopefully we will return to Hot Springs and "Jeff's House" in the near future. Thanks for your hospitality, Jeff!

  it was a great place to stay for all of us. the condo was awesome and well maintained, definitely felt at home. close to everything you need. if you are looking for a get a way in hot springs this is the place to be and the home owners were great as well
