This home is one of three homes we offer at Chesapeake Cove, this is an excellent vacation home for two or more families, with just a few steps to the water's edge on beautiful Lake Hamilton, in quiet cove with easy access to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer! The home is located at Chesapeake Cove just off Burchwood Bay Rd. in the same bay as Sam's Pizza and only a short boat ride to many other restaurant's on the lake. This home is one of three homes at Chesapeake Cove that can be rented together for large groups such as weddings and family reunions.
Luxury surrounds you in the professionally decorated home that features a main level gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a downdraft cooktop and granite countertops. The main level also features the master bedroom and walk in closet. The master bath has a double granite vanity, walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. The living area opens to a covered balcony with a great view of the landscaped yard and boardwalk along the lakefront. Upstairs has a loft/sleeper sofa, bedroom and bath with a jetted tub. Downstairs features another kitchen, den, two bedrooms and a bath. The downstairs doors open to another covered patio and leads to the sidewalk to the water.
Come here to enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer from the lakes, beautiful Garvan Gardens, to the horse racing and gaming at Oaklawn Park. Just bring your clothes and leave your worries at home!

Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
I built this property on Lake Hamilton after searching for a location that is close to all the attractions Hot Spring's has to offer yet is quiet and peaceful and right on the water's edge. Most of my favorite restaurants are within a mile of the home and many are accessable by boat from the dock in front of the home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This home is so unique because it is built and furnished with all the amenities of a custom home and has a floor plan that is perfect for large families or family reunions. My family loves to gather here for special occasions because it is close to town and also is located in a great area on Lake Hamilton.

I am a third generation builder and developer of Messersmith & Son, the oldest family owned residential contractor in Hot Springs, developing subdivisions and custom homes since 1954. I've traveled throughout the country and Hot Springs is one of the best family vacation destinations!

Our Pastoral Staff and wives (four couples) spent two nights at this beautiful home in early November 2011. The accomodations were perfect for our purposes in a great, quiet location that was still close to restaraunts and activities. Jeff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful in making sure our every need was met.

We had a wonderful restful time at the house. The house looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-maintained. It had everything that we needed. The kids loved seeing the ducks every morning and feeding them and the turtles that popped up their heads out of the water by the dock. They had fun learning how to cast their fishing lines and just playing out in the grass. The adults loved exercising by running up and down the long driveway, and it was also great for playing basketball. The house is near everything you would want, food places, fun places, family places. Jeff really knows how to take care of his guests!

This property has an outstanding location close to shopping, dining, and entertainment as well as being on a very quiet and peaceful cove of the lake. It is extremely clean and well kept. We had a small child and older people in our group. I would highly recommend this place.

In July, we had a group of of 20 adults and teens stay at both of the 4 bedroom houses. We had a wonderful experience. The homes have every amenity you could need. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The upstairs porches were especially enjoyable in the evenings. Hours were spent floating and talking out in the cove in front of the houses. The location was convenient by car and by boat - we enjoyed a few meals in restaurants that we accessed by boat! Our group would definitely return!

We celebrated our 1st family vacation in Hot Springs. We were 19 total. We rented the 4 and 5 bedroom homes. The pictures online do not do it justice. The houses were so awesome. Everything was clean and new. The location of the homes were 5 minutes away from the mall, gas, and several restaurants. Mr. Jeff was so pleasant and explained eveything. The entire family had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone!

My family & I had a great vacation in this house on Lake Hamilton. It was exactly as described....clean, comfortable and a wonderful location. The house was exactly what we needed....there were 8 adults and 1 child and we never felt crowded and yet were able to get together to enjoy meals and familty time. I would definitely recommend Jeff as a host. Looking forward to being here again.

We stayed in the middle house last week of June. The house was fantastic, clean, and near everything. We loved walking out the back door and being able to sit on the dock or swim in the lake. We had a great time. Will stay there again for sure.

This beautiful home on Lake Hamilton is centrally located to all the Hot Springs attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the accomodations were perfect for our family. The owner of the vrbo was very helpful with recommending restaurants and suggestions for places to visit in Hot Springs. We would definitely stay here again.
