Welcome to The Cozy Canova Beach House with a High Rise Cart Included with Restrictions on Cart No one under the age of 21 to drive Cart.
Upon arrival, you will find plenty of parking around the house and easy access to the main floor. Once inside, you will love the spacious vaulted ceilings and decorated living and dining areas. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you will need to prepare your own meals. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a king-size bed for your comfort. Each of the two bedrooms has extended cable with DVD in living room and bedrooms. The master bath has a spacious shower with spa like dual overhead shower heads. The master bedroom also has transome that brings in natural light over the shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress for an amazing night's sleep. There is an outside entrance to the second full bathroom. This is ideal for sandy beach goers to enter the house and clean off before coming into the living areas. After spending a full day on the beach, rinse off with either hot or cold water before entering side access door to clean and drop off sandy beach towels. The deck has beach chairs in a roomy sitting area.

**Due to health reasons, we ask that there is absolutely no smoking and no pets inside our beach home!! Thank you.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
**Additional information: linens, bath accessories, and all paper products are not provided. You will need both king and queen-size sheets for the bed
Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 10am.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise access to our beach home before 3pm. Management must have time to clean and check if needed prior to your arrival.
