This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath wheelchair accessible apartment on a corner lot surrounded by Florida gulf waters. Experience a little bit of Eden right outside your door with beautiful shade trees, hot tub, private deck with balcony overlooking canal to Gulf of Mexico and a new built-in swimming pool nestled in a tropical garden setting. Newly decorated for a relaxing "Bed & Breakfast" like experience. No laundry duty for you. We provide wash, dry and fold services...free! When in season, don't be surprised if you find freshly picked vegetables or freshly squeezed juice waiting outside your door from our organic vegetable garden.

Everything you need is here or can be supplied upon reasonable request. We truly want to help make this a wonderful, memorable vacation for you and your family and will supply our personal kayaks, paddle-boat, fishing poles, for your use with a refundable deposit if items returned undamaged. When available, fishing, snorkeling, or boating excursions of the surrounding areas and private islands offered for minimal fee (to cover gas expense) on our private 22ft. deck boat.

Just a 10 minute walk to Hudson Beach, Sam's & Inn on the Gulf restaurants. Nearby attractions such as Bush Gardens, casino boat cruises, Lowery Park Zoo, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Weeki Wachi Springs, State Parks, area flea markets, over 40 popular restaurants, shopping, dinner theaters and movies are literally just minutes away.

Many beautiful Golf Courses within a short distance of "home" including the famous Innsbrook Golf and Country Club. Tennis courts, volleyball and other facilities are located at Veterans Memorial Park.

Miles upon miles of famous beaches await you from Anclote Key to Caladesi Island, Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches to Honeymoon
Island and Ft. Desoto Beach. Three of which claim to be among the top 10 beaches in the world.

  • We needed a place to stay for my Bonati Institute back operation. It was just two minutes from the Institute. I also wanted to bring my Maltese (Joshua) with us. We cannot believe our luck finding this wonderful place! The first floor apartment was spacious, soooo clean, beautifully decorated and their landscaping from the deck was breathtaking. We felt at home and had everything we could want to be comfortable. What a great bed! Fortunately, we had a few days to enjoy the hot tub and pool before my operation.   • Unbelievable!! This place IS too good to be true!! You must book this property if Serenity and Peace are your goal. We celebrated our 20th Anniversary here and the property is heaven. Large space, immaculate, great views, on the GULF, close to town, & the private pool was the best part. Great fishing & watersports! Great service! Everything you need for a wonderful retreat. We will book again and so will our family. A real winner!!!

  • Lovely people and lovely home. Spacious, spotlessly clean, canal front home. We felt as though we sat by a huge aquarium. Fish and dolphins, birds to watch and feed. Cathy and Ron are gracious, generous hosts who make you feel at home. Ron`s gardens are spectacular! We didn`t want to leave this paradise!   • This is really "not too good to be true".The appartment was spotless and the equipment and furniture top class. Even better than that is the hospitality and frendliness of Ron and Cathy.Washing and ironing, bike riding and kayaking using the bikes, nothing is too much trouble.We had such a good time we didnt want to go home.I would highly recommend you rent this appartment if you want a top class holiday close to the water and the beach. Not that we went to the beach, we had too much fun in the jacuzzi and the pool, bike riding and kayaking. Oh and I forgot to mention the barbi.
