With three bedrooms, including two master suites, it’s the perfect setting for a family vacation – winter or summer. And there’s no need for a lot of driving; the fabulous shops and restaurants of Beaver Creek Village are just steps away!
This two-story townhouse with all new furnishings provides all the privacy and convenience of home. Walk into the front entrance and you’ll enjoy an expansive view of the entire lower level. Make cocoa in the kitchen while overlooking your family and friends while they play cards at the huge dining room table, or relax in the warm and inviting living room, complete with soaring ceilings and a riverrock fireplace.
All three bedrooms are quietly tucked away upstairs, separate from the lower level activities. Two individual master suites feature comfy king-size beds and private baths. The kids will especially enjoy the third bedroom, with 2 sets of log-cabin style bunk beds, a Playstation 2 game console and private bath. All bedrooms have their own flat panel TV’s.
When you’re ready for adventure, step out the back door, step into your skis and you’re quickly on your way to either the Centennial lift or the new Children’s Gondola and world renowned ski school. This convenient location provides true ski-in/ski-out access at its best!
At the end of the day, you and the family will really enjoy the Highlands hot tub and heated pool located just yards from the back porch. If you’re feeling more active, it’s great fun to take the quick walk to the Village and take a spin around the ice rink!

I wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful experience we had this past week. It was the best ski trip ever!!! I think the fabulous weather & skiing conditions had something to do with that as well:) More importantly, I wanted to let you know, that the service crew that you have maintaining that unit kept it VERY clean the entire week. It was in tip top shape from the first day we got there. Everything was great. Please tell the owners that they have a beautiful unit and hopefully we can rent it again the same time next year. I mention these things because the unit we rented last year through Beaver Creek was filthy and poorly maintained.
