Enjoy the 20x40 private pool and heated spa, or just take a leisurely walk on the grounds with palm trees and flowers surrounding you. Don't miss the exclusive use of the Sandy Point Beach area at ocean's edge with 40 acres of protected trees adjacent to us. Volleyball net has just been added as a fun activity. We have 4 KAYAKS provided to launch just steps in front of the house too.

Truly a special time our family will long remember. The house was spectacular - relaxing, comfortable and luxurious. All were impressed with not only the home but the surroundings. Thanks again to you both for helping make our stay even more comfortable with your attention to detail and addressing our questions and requests so quickly! Our family, sans kids, vacationed in this lovely home the last week in June. The house was perfect: clean, well-kept, roomy with private bedrooms and baths for four couples, wonderful kitchen, great pool area, easy access to restaurants, services, and attractions. The owner and property managers all went above and beyond our expections and their obligations to make our stay enjoyable. We would go back in a heartbeat and give this property our highest recommendation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you could want in a holiday home. The location, the decor, and amenities are first rate and we would recommend it to everyone. The owners are delightful and were very accommodating; we were welcomed with a complete tour of the house and all it has to offer. Everything about the house is beautiful, the decoration, the views, the pool, and location all made for an exquisite holiday. I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed your lovely home and property. This has to be one of the best locations in all of the Keys. You have done a fabulous job on the building and landscape. My whole family enjoyed it. Kemper didn't want to go home - he wanted to stay. Tifis was very helpful on my boat problems, which I really appreciated. Nancy really enjoyed talking to Wendy. The pictures on the internet don't begin to do the property justice. The views and the home were more and better than my expectations. Again, we really enjoyed it! We had a great time at Paradise Cove. The house was beautiful and very convenient to the many sites we visit, e.g.: Miami's South Beach, Harry Harris State Park, Key West. About the owner: Hi from Wendy and Tifis of Paradise Cove. Tifis discovered this undeveloped incredible property with a private marina in 2002 on 6 acres. He thought he was Columbus! What a find! Views that are incredible. We then developed the property and created Paradise. Truly one of the most magnificent homes and properties in the Keys. Wendy has been involved as an owner of Retail stores - Sandal Factory and T-Shirt City over the last 17 years and has enjoyed living full time in the Keys since 1990. She is also on the advisory board of First State Bank of the Florida Keys. We welcome you to come escape to our wonderful piece of Paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
As this is a 6 acre property, it is very private. It is gated, secure and tranquil. We also are lucky enough to have 40 acres of protected trees adjacent to us - you can imagine the level of privacy this adds and the stars at night are incredible as we have No Light Pollution. It's like a planetarium. Having a private marina as part of the property, one can enjoy seeing the various aquatic life - fish, swim, snorkel or feed the fish. We have recently added underwater lighting that illuminates the marina at night and allows our guests to enjoy viewing the abundance of aquatic life at night too. There's always something to see. The house is spectacular - very spacious and comfortable. It creates memorable times for those who have had the opportunity to stay with us.
