Two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a king bed in the master suite and two twin beds in the guest suite. The kitchen has granite counter tops, with a stereo, TV, and DVD player in the living room. The living room also has a sleeper sofa which folds out to a queen size bed. The TV in the master suite has a VCR and the TV in the guest suite has both a VCR and DVD player.

This was a very disapointing stay for us. It was our 32nd aniversity and was looking so forward to it. The only good thing I can say about this unit is the view is great. The dishwasher did not work was reported the 1st day we were there and on the 6th day it still was not fixed. It was dirty, my husband found mold in the bathrooms and on the air vents. It is in seriour need of updating. The carpet was stained. If you walked barefooted on the tile floor the bottoms of your feet were BLACK. The kitchen was not equiped with all of the things you needed to cook with. Even the TV'S were out of date. Noone was helpful at all. I will never stay here again, I will stay on the 30-A. Best view in Topsl. Nice unit but didnt have many of the basics (wine opener, diswashing liquid, soap in bathrooms) plus the dishwasher and dryer need some work. Beach Manor is a great building and the units are an ok size (smaller than the adjoining Topsl Tides) and while this was a good last minute choice for us, we would recommend that the unit be upgraded - bathrooms, carpet, guest room. Overall, an enjoyable trip!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
