This charming, 1945 rock cottage is located on Copper Basin Road in the cool pines of Prescott, 5 minutes from the courthouse square. The cottage has a combination living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, two bedroom, two bath. Knotty pine walls, ceilings, oak floors and a rock fireplace makes this cozy cottage a place you can call home. One bedroom has a king size bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room has a sofa with a fold out bed.
The property has lots of pine trees, patios, and privacy. There is a large flagstone patio with a rock fireplace and a covered rear patio with a hot tub.
