We came to see the Biltmore, and did all of that. On top of Ashville, we loved this property. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The views were terrific and the sounds of the turkey in the woods was just a great bonus. Loved it and would recommend most highly.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We just returned from a weekend in this lovely home. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we could want in a vacation rental. Good kitchen and comfortable beds. We visited Asheville to see the college and shopped downtown. Iris the manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I moved to NC 2 years ago, and have tried on many occasions to convince my family (mainly parents) from NYC to visit. Finally, they agreed to come down for Thanksgiving. I wanted their experience in Asheville to be perfect, and it was. From renting this property / coordinating our arrival to our stay, the process was seamless and delightful. The property manager, Iris, greeted my family at the house. She explained all the wonderful things you can do in the area and even made HUGE booklets of all her favorite restaurants, activities and more. She provided us with multiple maps and was an absolute joy to speak with. The house was immaculately clean, cute, and cozy (even with my huge family of 8!). We did many of the activities Iris suggested such as the ropes course, Biltmore Estates candle light tour, horse back riding, and the winery - all absolutely wonderful! At night we would come back to the huge kitchen and eat dinner as a family. After dinner, the weather was still warm out so we would eat dessert on the wrap around back porch, overlooking the vast mountain landscape. Movies at night were my favorite with the whole family wrapped around the couch in the living room. Iris made us feel at home and was there to help with anything and everything. For example, the internet went out, we texted Iris, and within 5 minutes she had everything up and running. I can't wait to come back with my family and will recommend this rental property to all my friends and family! Thanks for the unforgettable experience Iris!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Asheville is a charming city. We went to the beautiful Grove Park Inn for lunch one day & rode on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Warning: if you ride up to Mt Mitchell (highest peak east of the Mississippi) be sure to put your car in low gear as you descend! We thought we burned up our brakes but once again, "Iris to the rescue" as she directed us to a most reputable auto repair business. Today we head to Gatlinburg but not before a visit to Hendersonvlle & lunch at Mt Pisgah Inn. Iris, thank you & Aubrey for your kindness!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The five of us came from different states; New York, Florida, & Washington, to gather and attend the yearly SAFF show. This place is accurately described and the photos show everything well. Do not be deterred by the road and incline to get to the place. The view from the deck was wonderful. The house is spacious, and made our stay very enjoyable. We cooked & grilled meals and even baked a batch of cookies while there. A new beautiful table arrived during our stay which gives move space for all to sit around the table, which we did. I would most definately recommend this place to others. Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway.
