This sprawling 4BR/3BA home boasts a huge open kitchen, a sauna, and beautifully refinished bathrooms. From the spacious deck to the comfortable living room, there's plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind indoors and out.

Located on a quiet lot in Hendersonville, your rental offers a prime home base for exploring Asheville, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure. Drive 60 minutes for hiking in Pisgah National Forest, and arrive in downtown Asheville in 26 minutes.

LIVING AREAS

This remarkable home has 3,200 square feet of airy living space, a tree-lined backyard, and a deck.

Hardwood floors glow in the open-concept living room. A sofa, love seat, and armchair offer comfortable seating around a 65 TV. Settle in for pre-dinner appetizers and drinks while enjoying the warm ambience of the wood burning stove.

Relax in the indoor sauna after a day of hiking.

KITCHEN & DINING

The expansive kitchen makes it simple to cook for a crew. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side fridge, and the cabinets are stocked with all the gadgets and cookware you may need. A farmhouse-style sink provides added convenience.

A wood table seats six in the kitchen, and another dining area offers space for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Four bedrooms on the second floor accommodate 12 guests. Each bedroom has its own 32 flat-screen each equipped with a Roku stick to access individual Netflix & Hulu accounts.

The primary bedroom features a King-size bed and a cool blue color palette. The en-suite primary bathroom is equipped with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for children and small adults (160 lb. weight limit), and a sofa can be found in the second bedroom , the third guest bedroom has a King-size bed and the fourth guest room has a queen-size bed. The bathroom on this floor boasts a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Another full bathroom on the main floor offers plenty of space and a newly refinished walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The spacious back deck has a gas grill, and the tree-lined yard offers seating for six around a fire pit. After a fun-filled day of adventures, gather for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include driveway parking for three cars, a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This is a pet-friendly rental.

THE LOCATION

Delicious local restaurants are within a short drive of your door. Choose from Thai, tacos, Greek, or authentic New York style bagels in 4 miles or less, then head out to Chimney Rock State Park for a hike - 30 minutes away.

Asheville's vibrant music and food scenes await in 26 minutes. Tour the iconic Biltmore Estate and Grove Park Inn before sampling craft beers and BBQ. Black Mountain and Lake Lure are also within easy driving distance.

Winter sports lovers can access Cataloochee and Wolf Ridge ski resorts within an hour's drive, and the stunning Blue Ridge Parkway is a must-see year-round outdoor destination 30 minutes from home.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
