Brand new appliances complete a remodeled granite counter top & back splash kitchen stocked with all the utensils to cook a wonderful meal. The master bathroom has travertine floors, marble counter tops and a Jacuzzi tub to help you relax and enjoy your home away from home.
Merely minutes to walk to the heart of downtown and only a block away from St. Thomas Church whose steeple can be seen stretching above the trees as its bells chime twice a day reminding you of simpler times. Two bikes with baskets & bells are there for your enjoyment along with games, a book library, and DVD collection. This is one of the oldest areas of Coeur d'Alene. The house is lined with old Maple trees which are amazing to see turn all varieties of colors in the Fall. The backyard is completely fenced in and recently landscaped. Enjoy a propane fire pit surrounded by a beautiful granite table where you can enjoy a morning coffee, evening glass of wine, or even dine around!

We loved the house and it was perfect for the Ironman, for the kids and everything. The back deck with the fire pit was the prime spot every morning for breakfast and coffee!! The fenced in back yard was perfect for the kids to play. Also, for me doing the Ironman, the room off the kitchen worked well for me getting sleep separate from the rest of the family! We’d highly recommend the place for the Ironman and anyone else looking for a convenient location in town close to downtown for parks, restaurants and shopping!
