- Air Conditioning : Both living room and bedroom have new energy star air conditioners.
- Linens Provided : All linens are provided in the unit. Beach towels are also provided.
- Elevator : There are 6 elevators in the building, 3 service the lower half, and 3 service the upper half. You will need to take one of the three elevators on the left hand side as you enter the elevator lobby.
- Washer : There is a coin operated laundry facility on the 5th floor of the building
- Dryer : There is a coin operated laundry facility on the 5th floor of the building
- Garage : There is a paid parking garage in the building. People staying in the building get a discounted rate of $16 per day or $175 per month. Parking garage is a private buisness, and payment would be made with the parking attendant.

- Queen Bed : Brand new memory foam mattress for a great nights sleep. We liked this matress so much, we bought the same one for our new home.
- Convertible Bed : The couch in the living room has a pull out queen size bed. We also provide a queen size air mattress, in addition to, or in lieu of, the pull out bed.
- Crib : There is a brand new Graco Pack N Play provided in the unit for babies and infants.
- Entertainment
- Cable/Satellite TV : We have approximatly 77 stations, and there is a DVD rental store just down the street. DVD players can also play CDs through the television speakers. Both the bedroom and the living room have flat panel televisions and DVD players.

- Private Pool : The building features a large swimming pool on the 6th floor. Your room key provides access to the recreation deck. Pool hours are 8am-9pm.

- Full Kitchen : The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, single burner glass top stove, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and various other small appliances. Kitchen also has a breakfast bar for dining.

- Computer : A laptop computer can be provided (on request)for those who do not wish to travel with their own laptop. Free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
- Broadband Internet : If you do not have a wireless networking card on your computer, we provide a free broadband ethernet connection for internet access. Your laptop must be equipped with a ethernet card for this amenity.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : We provide free high speed WiFi internet access throughout the entire condo. Access is secure and instructions to connect to the access point are in the condo.

Our stay was for five days and the condo was very nice had ample lighting, looks exactly like the pictures and found all of the descriptions to be true, didnt hear a peep from any neighbors. Upon arrival Mandy met and showed us the info for obtaining our parking pass which fyi is in 24 hour increments not by day. She quickly toured us through the condo gave us all necessary info and showed us a few items close for food, laundry, necessities and then she was on her way letting us know to call her for anything at all. The hotels elevators were getting new floors but they were still quite fast. We always found parking close and I liked that access to the pool, laundry, even hotel floors had to be done with the key card. Trash was very accessible on your way out on the garages 4th floor and they were contstantly changing the bins out. The pool was fantastic and the views from the room were awesome with mountain, the canal, the street, pool and the ocean! We walked to Waikiki beach several times about 10 minutes away and found the location to be super accessible to get out of Waikiki as well. The condo was a great deal and we would stay again!! A broom and dustpan would be helpful for guests to use as it seems with hard floors on the islands there is always debris on the floor. My one nag is the book that was in the condo with general info which was helpful had a section that listed the price of almost every item in the condo down to forks...which was kind of un-necessary and made me consider taking inventory of the condo rather than getting our vacay started. I would just rather pay a refundable deposit than know the cost of an already stained sofa bed was $1900 new or maybe provide this info upfront if you wish guests to know the money it will cost if there are damages.

We stayed here for a few days and our family stayed as well...Wow what a beautiful condo. They put a lot of work into this place and it's a great location...It's super close to everything, we are very happy with it and will definately tell anybody we know to stay here. The price and quality can't be beat. The landlords are absolutely wonderful people and very fun and easy to work with. Thanks so much for letting us stay here!! LOVED IT

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. So nice to be able to eat in when we wanted yet walk to restaraunts to eat out. We watched boats and ships and saw what apeared to be submarines being towed out every morning. Sure enough they were and we walked to the docking place and went out! The view from the condo is fantastic. The furnishings are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. We also enjoyed the nearby park. Chris and Mandy, your condo really helped to make our first visit to Hawaii pleaseant and memorable. Aloha!

I have visited Hawaii over 20 times in the last 20 years and this is by far the best value of them all, and among the most comfortable and convenient. The condo is light and airy, pristine and well-equipped. Location is convenient to the beach, and even within walking distance to the Ala Moana Mall. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The pizza place downstairs has incredibly good pizza and colorful atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Just beautiful! What a great view,you can just sit a stare out the windows for hours!The condo is just spectular. The beach, restaurants, and shopping are just a few blocks away. The owners treat you like your a good friend!Best place I've ever stayed in Waikiki.

I really enjoyed the comfort, style, serenity, ocean/firework/city lights views, as well as cooking at home. Every day I conveniently walked to the beach and the strip. Owners are professional & attentive. This has become my condo of choice.

Had a FABULOUS time. We have never slept better on any vacation before. The view was fantastic and we loved the clean, new feeling and smell of the whole room. The landlords were particularly charming and wonderful to work with. We will definately be back next year. Thanks for the GREAT time :o)
