* $400 Damage deposit required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit, return of all keys and property armbands. A $500 damage deposit applies for monthly rentals.
* Our beachfront family vacation home is NON-SMOKING and NO ANIMALS are permitted.
* The average water temperature is in the 70's and the average air temperature is 74*. Therefore, it is extremely pleasant all year round.

We had such a great time. This condo is steps away from the beach and both pools. There was so much room. The location is great, there was tons to do and it was close to everything. It was so nice not to have to lug beach chairs down to the beach. We can't wait to go back again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
