Your breath will catch the moment you walk through the door and are greeted with a dramatic vista of a shimmering ocean and sandy beach. Spacious and cozy, our well appointed beachfront home is designed and furnished to make you and your family feel comfortable and relaxed.
Our ocean side home features classic seaside architecture with spectacular views in a great location, convenient to all Emerald Isle has to offer. Four bedrooms have decks; three are oceanside including a romantic master suite with Jacuzzi and a large loft suite. Brand new, fully stocked kitchen features custom cabinets, Hi Macs® countertops and stainless steel appliances. Spacious great room and kitchen have hardwood floors. Central air and heat, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, wireless high speed internet, 4 color TVs, 3 DVD players, three VCRs and stereo with CD player, 3 telephones, answering machine. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers, picnic table and lounge chairs. Large gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Separate walkway to the beach and non-renting neighbor give this property the feel of a private residence.
First floor features a great room (living room & dining room) and kitchen with panoramic beach and ocean views, bedroom, and bathroom and laundry area.
Second floor features three bedrooms all with private terraces, two of which are beach side, including the romantic master suite which has a jetted tub and panoramic views of the beach and ocean, and two bathrooms.
Third floor is a loft which features a terrace with more beautiful views, and bath, plus cozy alcove with a queen bed. There are also two twin beds in the loft. The loft is versatile, it can be an area for the younger members of the family to congregate or become a private romantic hideaway from the rest of the house.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
The moment we reached the bridge that spans Bogue Sound and leads to Emerald Isle we knew we were home. Patches of green islands are sprinkled amidst the glittering sun-kissed water as people lazily cast their lines from their boats. Emerald Isle is located on the western end of Bogue Island and is a comfortable small town that is peaceful and quiet. The first time we visited there we were having cocktails on our hosts' deck just before dusk and we saw a large, full moon in the sky to our left and a beautiful sunset to our right. SOLD! One of the nice features for us is that when we live here from November to May we can walk on the beach and not see a soul in either direction. That plus the pods of dolphins and porpoises that pass through within 50 feet of the beach make this a magical place for us.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The first thing you notice as you enter our home is the view of the beach and ocean through the bank of windows across the great room. Our house is at once spacious and cozy; all the rooms have neat little nooks and crannies and all the oceanfront bedrooms have their own private terraces while the great room and loft are perfect for large groups to gather. Our kitchen is fully stocked and our rooms are outfitted with attractive, comfortable furniture. Out intention is that you feel at home when you visit and from the responses we have received from our previous guests we believe we have succeeded.
