This newly constructed townhouse is located in the Villa Sabine Townhouses with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sabine Bay and Pensacola Bay. The magnificent white sand beaches are only a short walk from the front door.
The main level has a Living Room with a 47" color TV and a sofa that opens into a queen-size bed; a Dining area; a fully equipped Kitchen with a breakfast bar and wine cooler; a bedroom with a full bath. Enjoy a beautiful view of Sabine Bay when you step out the sliding door onto a spacious deck with steps down to a lower patio.
The upper level has a Master suite with a private bath and a deck where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Sabine bay and Pensacola Bay. The second bedroom also has a private bath and a deck with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.
