New 1700 sq. ft. townhouse with Beautiful Bay views in Stone Harbor. The entire house is new, hardwood and tile floors, carpets in bedrooms, kitchen entertainment center with bar, open party area, and new furniture. Ceiling fans in most rooms to keep the air moving on the warmest days. This place has everything you have at home except for the headaches.
The views, to die for. Breath-taking great views, but the outside upper deck and inside kitchen, living room, and dinning room have the unsurpassed sunsets with views of the inland waterway, bay, and wetlands.
Take an evening stroll through town every night whether it's for an ice cream cone after dinner, a quick run to the convenience store or leisurely shopping, maybe go to Freds for a cold one (walk to a bar or restaurant "no DUI" worries). This location is convenient to town for all restaurants and shopping. Three large bedrooms with all the amenities. This beautiful upside down unit has two CAR off street parking and an PRIVATE ELEVATOR. Nicely furnished and offers every amenity with large flat screen TVs.
This rental is priced below market which is an excellent value considering it has wireless internet access for your convenience. Just bring your suitcase and relax at the beach (beach chairs/umbrella & beach tags included) or sit on the deck and cook your dinner on the outside gas grill and watch the world go by.
This south unit sleeps 10 with two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and a bedroom with one full bath and a powder room on the second floor. One bedroom on the first floor will sleep four comfortably with a bunk bed having a full on bottom and a twin size bed on top. There will also be a twin-size bed separately from the bunk bed.
A spacious kitchen, living room and dining area on the second floor which is all open to accommodates festive gatherings. Dinning room sits 8 with the bar/counter top that handles three more seats/bar stools. Spaces and storage for bicycles if you'd like to bring your own! Relax with your favorite drink and enjoy bay views from the second floor deck of this beautiful home.
Weekly cleaning service is included in full-week (seven-night) rental price. Renters provide their own bedding (linens, sheets, and towels), full laundry room with washing machine, dryer, storage provided.

Home was everything and more than described. Absolutely immaculate with many finishing details that added to comfort and ease of staying here. Location was extraordinary - leave car and go. With limited mobility the elevator allowed total freedom. The master bedroom bath with garden tub and walk-in shower are beautifully appointed. The only negative thing I can say is that my time there was too short. We are eagerly making plans to return again - hopefully more than once. We had the fortune to meet one of the owner's who was gracious and helpful. As was the property manager we met not only on the first day but when we were technically challenged with the televison he came right over and assisted.

The house was everything it promised to be. The location was on the main street which was convenient for shopping but can't imagine the amount of traffic coming over the bridge in the summer. The house is literally at the end of a very busy street and bridge. The kitchen was beautiful but the amount of glasses and cooking utensils was limited. All in all it was a wonderful shore house for the price.
Owner response:We will supply the home with additional glasses & kitchen untensils. Regarding the traffic it's not bad at all during the summer, the current tenant said "can't imagine" well what can I say.

We stayed at this property for a girls' week at shore, and we enjoyed it immensely. The house is nicely appointed and is in a great location, just on the edge of town. Best of all, the house is pet friendly, so I could bring my boxers along ... they, and we, had a GREAT time in the surf! :) I recommend this house for a nice Stone Harbor get-a-way!

We had a fabulous stay at this supurb house. The unit was even better than described with high quality features throughout. We loved the covered off-street parking, the deck with fantastic sunset views over the bay and the location being right in the center of it all. Going just off season was wonderful since we didn't have to fight for prime beach location. Would absolutely stay here again - honestly, don't know if I would want to stay anywhere else.

This is a great rental. House was great. The property manager was very helpful. The location was super. Close to downtown. Could walk anywhere. The view was gorgeous. Would stay there again in a minute.

This centrally located townhouse is light, airy and clean. Elevator great for bringing up suitcases and grocery's. Comes equipped with kitchen items, grill, flatscreen tv's wsher dryer, beach chairs etc. All you need for a relaxing time at the beach. Walking distance to everything yet away from the traffic. The photos accurately reflect the property. Property manager available if needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Spent a wonderful week in your lovely home. The pictures in the website don't do justice to this spacious home. Having the private elevator made it so convenient for traveling with someone with back problems. We found something different to do each day, and all within a 10 minutes drive, from the Cape May Court House county historical society ,which was a gem in disguise, to the short drive to Cape May and all that lovely city has to offer. Staying in Stone Harbor, and your home in particular,was a perfect fall getaway. I would definitely recommend your home to anyone.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful townhome. Everything was just great. The owner was always available for any questions. The location was perfect and having lived in the area years ago it was wonderful to return for a vacation.

There is no mystery! This home is everything it portrays to be. Location cannot be overstated as you have a perfect family town, beaches that are on par with the best in New Jersey and all the amenities that make a family vacation memorable. This home is modern (2008) with all expected offerings (including the elavator) and spacious enough to offer relaxing at its finest. Price is quite competitive given peer offering. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
