Thank you for your interest in our home in Ocean Lakes, the most popular vacation resort at Myrtle Beach. It was named "RV Park of the Year" and "Best of the Beach," this 310-acre ocean-front resort and campground will provide all the family entertainment you can wish for right in this amenity-loaded, kid friendly, secure gated community. Vacation here in your own private, three-bedroom, one bath house.
Enjoy all the conveniences of our cozy home that sleeps up to six people. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and all the cookware, dishes, and silverware to make your vacation carefree and complete. Another unique feature is the washer/dryer unit that saves you time waiting in long lines at the park Laundromat, giving you more fun time for the family.
Comfortable and spacious, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second and third bedrooms have double-size beds.
The living room offers a large sofa, and two recliners and the color TV has upgraded cable.
You will need to bring sheets, towels, and all personal products including washing detergent, trash bags and paper products for bathrooms and kitchen area. No linings are provided.
Great Location: Located close to the South gate for easy access to and from the campground, only a short golf cart ride to the beach.
Cleaning/Rules: Cleaning products are provided for you to clean at your departure. If the home is not been cleaned upon departure, your deposit will be withheld to pay for a cleaning service after the fact.
You will need to provide your linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. Upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $3/day parking pass fee per vehicle directly to Ocean Lakes. Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets!
And the fun never stops at Ocean Lakes! Walk, run or sun on a mile of clean, private beach while others play in the ocean with lifeguards on duty. Also, catch the sunsets and sunrises that are absolutely breathe taking or watch the surf from the observation tower.
In addition to the beach are activities for all ages that include an outside community Olympic-size pool with daily activities (both for kids and adults) during peak season plus three kiddie pools and newly created splash zone. Adjacent is an indoor heated pool - (all pools have free admission).
There is beach basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, shuffleboard, playgrounds, biking, bingo, fresh water and salt water fishing, horseshoes, walking trails, exercise classes, 18- hole miniature golf course, golf cart rentals, Ocean Lakes nature center, concerts, ice cream snack bar, meeting rooms, and the recreation center hosts a newly-built arcade and cafe, and new is Sandy's Down-Under, a skate park located underneath the observation tower; but, please remember all users must wear protective head gear.
On Sundays, we invite you to join our weekly church services that start at nine held at the recreation hall. For young ones, Ocean Lakes has a full-time recreation program and staff. Ask for a fire truck ride for the kids.
Ocean Lakes provides 24 hour, seven days a week security with guards patrolling grounds. Ocean Lakes is a beautiful, safe community that puts family first.
Local attractions include: Over 100 golf-courses, nightly entertainment at the many shows and music theatres throughout the Grand Strand that include: The Palace Theater, Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, Alabama Theater, and the new location of Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville.
More places to visit are the Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Medieval Times, NASCAR speedway and water parks. For great shopping, there are plenty of outlet malls, shopping centers and unique shops close by.
When you get hungry there are seafood buffets, cafeterias and fine dining in the local area so take your choice. Ask Ocean Lakes for discounts to local golf courses and attractions.
This charming beach house is available for weekly rental during the summer season only With central heat and air, it is comfortably cool in the summer and warm & cozy in the winter. No smoking and no pets allowed.
Saturday to Saturday rentals: A $200 deposit is due to obtain your week. Payment in full is due 30 days before scheduled arrival, payable in cash, money order or cashiers check. Lost keys are $10 per key. Parking passes are needed for all cars. Passes are $3 per day per car.
