Circa 1874, located in the historic district. This single family house was just completely restored by some of Europe's finest craftsmen and converted to two spacious single family condos. Renovations are unmatched in Savannah. This Parlor level (2nd floor) condo is located just a few blocks away from beautiful Forsyth Park and its famous fountain. It is also conveniently located near fine art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, City Market and SCAD buildings.

Local events such as the Jazz/Blues Festival, Folk Music Festival, Savannah music festival, and Savannah College of Art and Design(SCAD) Film Festival take place nearby. This condo is the perfect location for your Savannah excursions, be it business or pleasure.

The home features soaring ceilings with gorgeous medallions, refinished heart pine flooring, and original wood fireplaces. Each room is beautifully decorated with hand-picked furniture and selected artwork.

The living room contains a comfortable sleeper sofa, fireplace, TV, DVD player and assorted Savannah-themed books and movies. The sun streams through the windows creating a warm atmosphere.

The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with fine linens, ample storage, wooden dresser, two nightstands, alarm clock, remote controlled ceiling fan, and a beautiful private porch to enjoy the sunset.

The modern gourmet kitchen is a dream for any cook. It is fully furnished with refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, wall oven, cook top, breakfast bar that seats four, Wolfgang Puck Gourmet pots and pans, utensils, cookware, bar essentials, coffeemaker, gourmet coffee and biscotti, and bottled water. A window overlooks the courtyard.

The master bath is large and warm with travertine tile, jetted tub and separate shower. It includes luxurious bath/hand towels, hair dryer, complimentary soaps and lotions.

The second bathroom features a large walk in shower with rain head and body sprays. It includes luxurious bath/hand towels, hair dryer, complimentary soaps and lotions.

The dining room seats eight at a beautiful table for a lovely meal or great conversation.

We provide a Pack N Play and portable high chair for our younger guests.

The entire house is covered by wireless high speed internet.

You can enjoy a beautifully landscaped double courtyard for morning coffee or cocktails!!

  • I own a small restaurant in TN and brought my employees to Savannah for the weekend as a little bonus. I kept my expectations low regarding our accommodations, since things are not always as they appear to be online. But...WOW. This house is even better in real life than it looks in the pictures. My staff and I had a wonderful trip to Savannah and I honestly believe that some of that is due in part to our stay in this lovely home. We really didn't want to leave!

  • This was recommended to us by a friend, so we stayed here for a little getaway and loved every minute! It's a hop, skip and a jump from Forsyth Park (a 'must see' in Savannah). The building was beautifully restored, nothing was skimped on (the kitchen was a dream!). And the property manager was an absolute delight. We'll be coming back again and again now that we've found this little charmer.

  • Wonderful house and very friendly hosts. My husband and I stayed at many other vacation rentals around the country and even in Savannah, but this was by far the best we`ve experienced. Not only was the house the nicest one we`ve been in, but the owners were a pleasure to. This is our place in Savannah from now on!!
