A 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Denver puts you in the heart of Summit County. If you’re a ski buff, Silverthorne is the place for you since it’s convenient to 3 popular ski resorts. It’s only 10 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain and 25 minutes to Breckenridge.
Tucked into the wooded hills of Silverthorne, this lovely townhome was a delightful retreat. Each of the 4 bedrooms included a large flat screen TV. With many cable programs to choose from, the kids enjoyed their programs in their own room while the adults watched their favorite shows. Best of all, the townhome featured comfy king size beds and private baths. So bring the entire family- there’s room for everyone!
We felt right at home with the well-crafted log furniture such as dining chairs and log hewn beds. Plus, we got a kick out of the leather saddle bar stools at the kitchen counter. Everything is well built and sturdy enough for even Goldilocks and don’t forget to bring Baby Bear. He’ll have his very own crib to sleep in. From hairdryers in every bathroom to plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware, this place has everything for the perfect family mountain getaway.

- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : There is an overflow lot with 4 spaces where you can park your rv/boat/trailer. Doesn't need to be over 20 feet long and must be disconnected from your vehicle and properly chocked.
- Gas Fireplace : Our gas fireplace switches on/off with a simple light switch. Turn it on and you have fire, turn it off and it's off. It will heat the living room up in a hurry!

- King Bed (3) : Yea that's right. Everybody's got a king bed. Now you don't have to get jealous of your sister-in-law who snatched the big bed while you weren't looking!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We didn't want to buy in only Breckenridge and Keystone. We wanted something that was close to everything in Summit County. We finally found a townhome in the town of Silverthorne that was 1 minute from the outlets and the recreation center, 6 minutes from Keystone, and 16 minutes from Breckenridge. When we found this place we didn't hesitate to put a contract on it.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
First of all it's brand new, and everybody likes brand new houses. Secondly it's a large house at 2000sf and 4 bedrooms. Previously every time we came to Colorado we were always squeezed in to a one or two bedroom condo. We feel like kings when we are staying in our BIG home! Also we do not have to compete with 50 people for 1 hot tub. We have our own private hot tub that is clean and ready for you any time you want it.

This home was exactly as Dennis and Lisa advertised it! Very easy to get to, the home was immediately comfortable for our family of 9. The bedrooms were quiet and private, the beds were huge, the bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the hot tub soothed our aching muscles. Pack lightly since you can conveniently wash clothes. We used the furnace room to warm up our boots and dry our "hang dry" long underwear. The open floor plan on the main floor kept us together eating, playing games, and hanging out, but there was room to escape from each other and find privacy too. We would absolutely return here next time we stay in Summit County. THANK YOU!

This is a fantastic townhome that will make your stay in Summit County very comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. Everything in the townhome is first-rate from furnishings to amenities. Restaurants, grocery stores, retail shopping, and I-70 are less than five minutes from the door which makes this townhome ideally located. There is plenty of room for large families or multiple couples. Dennis is fantastic to work with, and the ski pass medallion is a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend this gem of a townhome and look forward to coming back to stay here again!

We stayed at the condo over spring break with our neighbors. Plenty of room for a total of 8 people (4 kids, 4 adults). Decor was very nice and up to date and condo was extremely clean. Location was great and the ski pass was an extra bonus. Dennis was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. We would stay here again.

GREAT PLACE! Well apportioned in every way. We slept 8 with comfort. Great Kitchen and Grill for staying in. The place felt brand new. You need a car, but a very convenient location. We were very pleased with the rental and will definitely do it again. Dennis was great to work with a feel him a friend after our dealings.

I felt like I was living in a fairy tale. Nothing in this whole house was done in the cheap. Everything is such high quality and elegant and accommodating and beautiful and clean! The view of the mountains from the balcony will just buckle your knees. Our king size bed felt so good I can hardly describe it. We've been staying at different places for years, but this is the only place I will stay from now on.?

We love everything about this townhouse. In fact, we spent a week there a few weeks ago and are heading up for a long weekend today. The layout is perfect for two families or 4 couples. It is also completely stocked with everything that you need. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. We love that it is only minutes to shopping for late night runs. It was also very quiet, you can see I-70 but you can't hear it. Dennis was a joy to work with to arrange our trip and was completely available the entire time if any questions came up. The free ski pass is great as well since it gives you a free ticket to anywhere you want to go in Summit County. I would recommend this rental to anyone and already have recommended it a few times.

The townhouse exceded our expectations. We loved the roomy bedrooms with flatscreen TV's, the comfortable beds, big closets and all the other amenities like hairdriers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and extra towels. It was immaculate, comfortable, and sylish. The condo added so much to the enjoyment of our vacation.

My family and I stayed here (two adults and three children) for a long weekend in January. It was great! There are 4 comfortable bedrooms each with its own bath, a crib and laundry room. The ski medallion was a nice bonus as well. It was really close to both the shopping in Silverthorne and several ski areas. I would definitely stay here again!
