Just wanted to say, we had a wonderful time while we stayed at your condo. It's a beautifully, well-maintained residency. The ocean view and access was excellent. Perfect place for a senior get-a-way. Location to shopping and restaurants was also great. We'll be back! Since I use reviews as a criteria for selection, I wanted to addmy comments that might help someone else decide this was a great experience. Thanks again! Illinois Friends

We had the best time!! - We happened to be searching the internet for a relief spot from the New York weather in March of 2011 - Contacted 'Home Away' rentals - looked at the pictures and fell in love - Our vacation was perfect!!! - The weather was gorgeous!! - The condo was great!!! Everything we needed, clean, the ocean right out our door!!! - Short drive to The Historic St. Augustine!! We will certainly be staying on Beach Blvd. again in 2012, or maybe sooner!!! ---Thank you!

Beautiful place! Ocean out back, pool out front couldn't ask for anything more. We added a beach umbrella to the mix of beach items supplied. We are already talking about returning to this exact place next time! We would recommend this one!

We are a family of 4, and my wife and I and our two young children loved this vacation spot. The condo was very clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. The beach is right outside the patio door. There were two lovely pools on the grounds. My children played in the ocean everyday. We would come home for a nice lunch and a nap, and then get ready for the historic district. There is a miniature golf course directly next door with soft serve ice cream. The grocery store was 1/2 mile away. The historic district was less than 5 miles away, and we enjoyed a carriage ride through town and learned some very interesting facts and few points of gossip from the carriage driver. We went to Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum, the Fountain of Youth, The Old Jail, Flagler College, the Fort, and the Alligator Zoo. There is so much to do and see here. We took a tour and some samples at the San Sebastian winery, several art museums, and of course some shopping. We are looking forward to a return trip next year to the same condo. We just loved the view, and the sound of the ocean. The owner uses a local property manager where we picked up our keys and garage door opener, and received a visitor guide and maps loaded with area attractions. The entire vacation was hassle free, and one of the most memorable.

Dec 08 My husband and I are retired and we travel quite a bit. We just loved this condo. The check in and out was easy. The condo had everything we needed. It is right on the beach and the ocean view and sounds were so soothing. When we left home it was 20 degrees and when we arrived in St. Augustine the temperature was a warm 60 degrees during the day and bit cooler at night. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the balcony of the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. After breakfast we took a long walk on the beach. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. It’s amazing how far you can walk, when you are distracted by the ocean! Everyday we did something different. Many areas attractions were free or at a nominal fee. We spent one day at Fort Matanzas, a quaint little ferry ride over to the Fort and a very interesting look out post. We enjoyed a round of golf one day, toured the oldest school house, and enjoyed the ice cream shop in town, the antique shops, and art museums. The town was decorated with Christmas Lights and music and area Trolley tours. It reminded us of Europe with the English and Spanish architecture. We intend to come back next winter and spend the entire month. We found that we didn’t spend much money, there was plenty to do, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. We made a few friends that we are looking forward to seeing next winter.

My fiancé and I just recently spent nearly a week in this condo, and I must say it was the perfect home away from home! The rooms were in immaculate condition, and the master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean. The two-story layout gave us ample room to move about, however, there was no need to stay indoors when the beach was our backyard. If the peace and quite ever become too much for us, we could always escape to the quaint downtown life of Saint Augustine where we could choose our flavor of dancing, wine tasting, pool playing, or midnight ghost tours. A word to the wise though, for those midnight beach walkers, bring a flash light because this rental prides itself in its seemingly "secluded" environment. Overall, I definitely recommend this condo and look forward to my next stay.

My fiance and I go down to FL at least once a year and we can't stand going to the "main" vacation beaches like Miami and Daytona. They are too dirty, crowded and usually it's a lot of underage people acting stupid. This last trip we stumbled upon St. Augustine Beach. Best FL trip ever!!! This is our new spot. Not only was the beach gorgeous, you felt like it was your own private retreat. It wasn't crowded and it was actually clean!!! We had never done a condo rental before, we had always done the hotel route, and again, we have a new place to go every year. The condo was great!! It had everything we needed from sheets to towels to dishware. The master bedroom had this great 2nd fl balcony that overlooked the ocean. We carried our dinner up there to eat almost every night. The location was great. Not only was it right on the beach, but it was like a 10min drive into the historic district. Theres also this cute little minature golf course within walking distance of the condo. And we stumbled across this fishing pier where you can rent anything you need for fishing and it was only like $10 a person. We got all the privacy and convenience of having our own little vacation home for the same price, if not cheaper than staying in a hotel. If you've never been to St. Augustine I really suggest going. It's a cute charming town and you actually feel refreshed when you get home. We can't wait to go back next year and we will definetely be renting in this condo again.
